LA Knight will issue an open challenge for his United States Championship on <\/span>WWE SmackDown<\/span><\/em><\/strong> in <\/span>Berlin,<\/span> on<\/span> Friday, August 30. <\/span>WWE SmackDown <\/span><\/em>taking place in Germany the night before <\/span>Bash In Berlin <\/span><\/em><\/strong>means we can expect a surprise person to answer the challenge.<\/span><\/p>\n

Why: <\/span>Ilja Dragunov<\/span><\/strong> will team with <\/span>Sheamus<\/span><\/strong> to take on <\/span>Gunther<\/span><\/strong> and <\/span>Ludwig Kaiser<\/span><\/strong> in the non-televised main event of <\/span>WWE SmackDown. <\/span><\/em>Dragunov began <\/span>his<\/span> wrestling training at the Berlin-based German Wrestling Federation before becoming a big name in Westside Xtreme Wrestling (wXw). <\/span><\/p>\n

If Dragunov answers the challenge in the city that made him it would get a huge pop. The two men would put on a great match that the crowd would love which would make great TV.<\/span><\/p>\n
