WWE SummerSlam 2024 <\/strong><\/em>is here and the event emanates from the Cleveland Browns Stadium in Cleveland, Ohio, and is set to take place on Saturday, August 3rd. In the U.S., it is available to watch on Peacock<\/a>\u00a0and internationally on the\u00a0WWE Network<\/span><\/em><\/a>.<\/div>\n

The WWE SummerSlam<\/em> main card is set to start at 7 pm ET\/4 pm PT with the pre-show set to begin at 5 pm ET\/2 pm PT. At the time of writing, seven matches have been confirmed for the SummerSlam <\/em>card, with six of them being title fights.<\/div>\n

    Solo Sikoa Looks to Dethrone Cody Rhodes<\/h3>\n

    Cody Rhodes<\/strong> has crossed his first 100 days as the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion but, at SummerSlam<\/em>, he faces his toughest challenge yet. This version of Solo Sikoa<\/strong>, backed by The Bloodline<\/strong> 2.0, is a different level of threat for Rhodes.<\/p>\n

    Upon winning the title from Roman Reigns<\/strong> at WrestleMania 40<\/strong><\/em>, Rhodes might have thought his days of dealing with The Bloodline were over. But that was so far from the truth, as the worst was yet to come.<\/p>\n

    Coming off of the aforementioned WrestleMania<\/em>, Sikoa took advantage of Reigns’ absence and appointed himself the new Tribal Chief. To solidify his position, he acquired Tama Tonga<\/strong>, Tonga Loa<\/strong>, and Jacob Fatu<\/strong> to be part of his stable.<\/p>\n

    In previous months, Rhodes has had assistance from Kevin Owens<\/strong> and Randy Orton<\/strong> in dealing with this Bloodline. But, at SummerSlam<\/em>, Rhodes and Sikoa are set to meet in one-on-one action, and the gold will be on the line.<\/p>\n

    It can be expected that Sikoa will have a trick or two up his sleeve, as he tries to assert his dominance by claiming the top title in the promotion. Rhodes has been known to be crafty and, as seen at WrestleMania<\/em> this year, there are also several other Superstars who want to see Rhodes at the top – and they could also play a role in maintaining that.<\/p>\n
