After suffering an ACL, MCL, and meniscus tear, she was reportedly planning to spend at least nine months recovering.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Recent reports indicate that her recovery appears to be ahead of schedule, which is fantastic news for Flair. A triumphant return in late 2024 would send shockwaves through the WWE Women\u2019s division.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By the time any future Queen of the Ring tournament rolls around, Charlotte should be one of the first names on the list for inclusion. She\u2019d be a brilliant competitor to set the bar for all other entrants and a sure-fire contender for a potential winner.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Carmella<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Carmella\u2019s best moments: WWE Top 10, Oct. 23, 2022\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/F_hCCmeGYFE?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Speaking of competitors that have been away for a considerable amount of time, <strong>Carmella<\/strong> has been out of the ring since March 2023. She\u2019s spent the last year on maternity leave but recently appeared during the build-up to <em><strong>WWE WrestleMania 40<\/strong><\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It\u2019s seemingly unlikely that WWE fans will see the former \u2018Staten Island Princess\u2019 until the second half of 2024 at the earliest, but she would be a brilliant inclusion to a 2025 installment of the Queen of the Ring tournament.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Shayna Baszler<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Shayna Baszler destroys Karmen Petrovic in her return to NXT: NXT highlights, May 7, 2024\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/VPdDpsI5WNM?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Earlier in 2024, <strong>Shayna Baszler<\/strong> featured in GCW\u2019s <em><strong>Bloodsport X<\/strong><\/em> event, in an unprecedented crossover between GCW and WWE. Baszler was presented in a much more brutal, violent way than she has in recent times.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The \u2018Queen of Spades\u2019 should be presented as a menacing figure within the WWE Women\u2019s division, especially with her MMA background. Her run as the dominant NXT Women\u2019s Champion proved that she is at her best when presented as an unstoppable force.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">She could use the 2025 tournament as a way of avenging her disappointingly brief run in the 2024 edition, seeking revenge on the women of WWE after falling short this year. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Baszler ought to be included in the bracket and could utilise her more violent side to scratch and claw her way to the later stages of the tournament. Also, the prospect of a clash against her current tag team partner would be very intriguing\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zoey Stark<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Ivy Nile vs. Zoey Stark \u2014 Queen of the Ring Tournament Match: Raw highlights, May 6, 2024\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/FYYpaBjBQbA?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As we said, Baszler could cross paths with her current tag partner. <strong>Zoey Stark<\/strong> would be an interesting entrant to a 2025 edition of the Queen of the Ring tournament.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Stark has put on some great matches with the likes of <strong>Becky Lynch<\/strong> and <strong>Rhea Ripley<\/strong> in recent times, and she deserves an opportunity to redeem herself after failing to reach the final in the 2024 edition.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The parallels between her and Baszler are there, with both winning their first round and losing the second. If both women entered in 2025, they\u2019d be perfectly poised for a collision in the later stages of the tournament.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cora Jade<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Cora Jade crashes the NXT Women&#039;s Title picture: NXT Deadline 2023 highlights\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/6brqKHyGwf4?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Yet another member of the WWE roster that\u2019s away with a lengthy injury, <strong>Cora Jade<\/strong> suffered an ACL tear in early January. She seems to have her sights set on the NXT Women\u2019s Championship and should certainly be involved in the title picture upon her return.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">That being said, it would be great to see Jade make her debut on the main roster in 2025. She\u2019d be a fine inclusion to the Queen of the Ring tournament and a welcome addition to either <em><strong>WWE Raw<\/strong><\/em> or <em><strong>SmackDown<\/strong><\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Her time on <em><strong>NXT<\/strong> <\/em>has been enjoyable and she\u2019s more than capable of mixing it up with the women on the main roster, so she would be a brilliant entrant to the tournament in 2025.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Also, at just 23 years old, she\u2019s one of the hottest young stars in WWE and a run in the tournament could be a great way to showcase her as a star of the future.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alexa Bliss<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Alexa Bliss\u2019 greatest moments: WWE Top 10, May 15, 2022\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/XXQdgi1kIhA?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Since <em><strong>WWE Royal Rumble 2023<\/strong><\/em>, <strong>Alexa Bliss<\/strong> has been away from WWE. However, recent rumours seem to suggest that she may be returning imminently.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There have been teases on WWE television for the return of <strong>Uncle Howdy<\/strong>, as well as a group that\u2019s been rumoured to include the likes of <strong>Erick Rowan<\/strong>,<strong> Dexter Lumis<\/strong> and\u2026 Alexa Bliss.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Of course, even if Bliss returns as a member of the Wyatt faction, there is plenty of time between now and the potential Queen of the Ring tournament in 2025. That would give the former Ms. Money in the Bank enough time to revert back to a familiar persona.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alexa Bliss has been one of the pillars of the WWE Women\u2019s division ever since her call-up to the main roster in 2016, and deserves the chance to shine by potentially adding Queen of the Ring to her list of accolades.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Blair Davenport<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Sol Ruca vs. Blair Davenport \u2013 Beach Brawl Match: NXT Spring Breakin\u2019 highlights, April 23, 2024\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/J64Z-lZRNaI?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Speaking of call-ups, <strong>Blair Davenport<\/strong> was brought to <em>SmackDown<\/em> during the 2024 WWE Draft, and bizarrely missed out on the Queen of the Ring tournament. She\u2019s been a mainstay on <em>NXT<\/em> for the past two years, and deservedly made her way to the main roster in April.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The fact that she was snubbed for this year\u2019s instalment of the tournament should be her motivation to enter and try to win the whole thing in 2025. Davenport\u2019s work in <em>NXT<\/em> &#8211; and on the independent scene &#8211; clearly demonstrates her ability as a performer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It was a mis-step of WWE\u2019s not to include the Brit in the 2024 edition and they should rectify that by having Davenport in the 2025 Queen of the Ring tournament.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sol Ruca<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Ruca battles Dame for spot in NXT Women\u2019s North American Ladder Match: NXT highlights, May 14, 2024\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Dsh4y0w8CzE?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The final entry on this list is another current member of the <em>NXT<\/em> roster.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Sol Ruca<\/strong>, since returning from her ACL injury, has been one of the top performers in the NXT Women\u2019s division. Her incredible in-ring talent has blown <em>NXT<\/em> fans away and she ought to be a shoe-in for a call-up in 2025.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ruca would be an exciting addition to the Queen of the Ring tournament next year, perhaps even as the dark horse.
