He picked up an impressive victory in a Triple Threat, but now the question is simple: who\u2019s next in line?<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Randy Orton<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/ENAiLXNwjFM?si=1AP0uFCg0C9vuKI5\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The first man to step up could be one of the competitors from the aforementioned Triple Threat. <strong>Randy Orton<\/strong> has a legitimate claim to this, as he could argue that Logan Paul never beat him.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">During the bout, Paul usurped the \u2018Apex Predator\u2019 after he hit an RKO on Kevin Owens, stealing the win and retaining his title. Orton could reasonably suggest that he deserves a one-on-one rematch for the belt, especially considering that he didn\u2019t directly lose.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A singles match between \u2018The Viper\u2019 and the United States Champion would be a good addition to the <em><strong>WWE Backlash<\/strong><\/em> card, especially with both men\u2019s mainstream popularity.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">WWE would be foolish not to capitalize on Logan Paul&#8217;s opportunity to earn a win over one of the industry\u2019s greatest.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Bron Breakker<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/3IorKFnMQqY?si=3j294NhSKMbtAowP\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As of this week, <strong>Bron Breakker<\/strong> has officially left <em><strong>NXT<\/strong> <\/em>behind and is set to become a key player in the future of <em><strong>SmackDown<\/strong><\/em>. With that in mind, there\u2019s no better time than the present to capitalize on his popularity and allow him to face off against the United States Champion.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Both men are incredible athletes in their own right. Logan Paul took to WWE quicker than any celebrity performer, highlighted by his trust to work with some of the company\u2019s top stars.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Breakker, on the other hand, is a freak of nature (in the best possible way), and his physical prowess at this stage of his career is, frankly, frightening. Putting these two in a match would be sure to light up an episode of<em> SmackDown\u00a0<\/em>or a spot on an upcoming PLE.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Some may argue that it is premature to put Bron Breakker into the <strong>WWE<\/strong> United States Championship picture, but the concept of these two facing off is too appealing to turn down.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Rey Mysterio<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/bBOaj6xNcU4?si=ote-di4XKt3lq6he\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">An old opponent, but someone with a legitimate grievance against Paul. <strong>Rey Mysterio<\/strong> lost the WWE United States Championship to \u2018The Maverick\u2019 at <em><strong>WWE Crown Jewel<\/strong> <\/em>in November 2023, and soon after underwent surgery on his knee, putting him out of action.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The former champion lost his title under nefarious circumstances, and Paul\u2019s use of brass knuckles helped him knock out Mysterio.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Although it\u2019s unlikely that \u2018The Master of the 619\u2019 would choose to go after the belt once again, he\u2019d have a legitimate reason for picking a fight with his former foe. Also, it would be the perfect opportunity for <strong>Carlito<\/strong> to steal his moment and cost him the match, finalizing his expected heel turn.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pitting Paul and Mysterio against one another would make for a captivating rematch, even if it would be solely to continue the dissension within the <strong>LWO<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Bobby Lashley<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/OdEAelRPD3U?si=JYdnnNHoL1MSonRG\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This is slightly out of left field, but after the appearance of <strong>The Final Testament<\/strong> on <em>NXT<\/em> this week, <strong>Bobby Lashley<\/strong> (along with the rest of <strong>The Pride<\/strong>) seems to\u00a0need to find a new focus. Lashley would do well to set his sights on Paul\u2019s WWE United States Championship.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It\u2019s been over 18 months since we\u2019ve seen \u2018The All Mighty\u2019 with a title around his waist, and he doesn\u2019t seem to be showing any signs of slowing down. Given how popular he and <strong>The Street Profits<\/strong> have been in this latest run, it would make sense to give him a shot at the gold.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The story would be simple enough: Lashley and the Street Profits want to win Championships, and with no definitive World Champion on SmackDown as it stands, Logan Paul would be <i>the <\/i>champion, ultimately falling in their sights.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Perhaps Ford and Dawkins could pursue <strong>Grayson Waller<\/strong> and <strong>Austin Theory<\/strong>, with their recent alignment with Logan Paul tying the trio together.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The prospect of Lashley being given one last run at the United States Championship is exciting, but the work between Champion and challenger would be solid regardless of who came away the victor.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>LA Knight<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/xCNNPSDwaW4?si=Lc9q_Yldir4zQbsc\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">YEAH. Sorry, it&#8217;s a force of habit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The man that almost everyone had assumed would be Paul\u2019s conqueror at <em>WWE WrestleMania 40<\/em> should be in the conversation for his next opponents.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>LA Knight<\/strong> has been unfortunate over the last year, just missing out on the Money In The Bank briefcase and having two unsuccessful opportunities at the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Now that his feud with <strong>AJ Styles<\/strong> seems to have concluded, \u2018the Megastar\u2019 should turn his attention to securing some silverware.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Unfortunately, it doesn\u2019t seem likely that Knight will be on course for a championship showdown any time soon, but keep an eye on things as we begin to approach <em><strong>WWE SummerSlam<\/strong><\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Even though it\u2019s in Logan Paul\u2019s hometown of Cleveland, Ohio, he\u2019s likely still going to be booed.
