Pre-taped and back in its original timeslot for tonight. A little over 23 years ago,<strong> WCW<\/strong> presented <em><strong>Monday Nitro<\/strong><\/em> on February 28th, 2000 here.<\/p>\n<p>Four titles were on the line that night. And surprisingly despite it being 2000-era WCW, only one title changed hands\u2014the WCW Hardcore Championship. And&#8230;. Well, the whole trio of <strong>3 Count<\/strong>: <strong>Shane Helms<\/strong>, <strong>Evan Karagias<\/strong>, and <strong>Shannon Moore<\/strong> won it from <strong>Brian Knobbs<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Also in the show, <strong>The Mamalukes<\/strong> defeated the team of <strong>Idol<\/strong> (the former<strong> Lodi<\/strong>) and Lenny Lane to retain the WCW World Tag Team titles.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jeff Jarrett<\/strong> retained the WCW United States Championship against <strong>Vampiro<\/strong> and the main event saw <strong>Sid Vicious<\/strong> defeating <strong>Tank Abbott<\/strong> to retain the WCW World Heavyweight Championship in the main event of the show. With that in mind, let&#8217;s see what&#8217;s in store for <em>AEW Rampage<\/em> tonight.<\/p>\n<h3>Returnhausen!<\/h3>\n<p>This week&#8217;s Rampage is set to have THREE Trios matches and one Atomicos (that&#8217;s the Mexican wrestling term for 4 vs 4) match. That would be this match.<\/p>\n<p>After weeks and weeks of vignettes, a seeming absence due to controversy that was then debunked, and a couple of weeks in silence, <strong>Danhausen<\/strong> finally made his return to TV on the Thanksgiving Eve edition of <em><strong>AEW Dynamite<\/strong><\/em> in the corner of <strong>Orange Cassidy<\/strong>,<strong> Hook<\/strong>,\u00a0and <strong>Katsuyori Shibata<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>His promos hyping his return were originally exclusive to <em>AEW Rampage<\/em> and sticking to that, his in-ring return is set for <em>Rampage<\/em>. He teams with Cassidy and Hook as well as <strong>Trent Beretta<\/strong> to take on the mix of two teams: &#8216;Daddy Magic&#8217; <strong>Matt Menard<\/strong>, &#8216;Cool Hand&#8217; <strong>Angelo Parker<\/strong>, and the Dark Order&#8217;s <strong>Alex Reynolds<\/strong> and <strong>John Silver<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>As Danhausen makes his return, the other side of the ring as Cool Hand Ang who seems to be constantly distracted with his very &#8220;Romeo &amp; Juliet&#8221; styled romance with <strong>Ruby Soho<\/strong>. She nor her partner <strong>Saraya<\/strong> may not be in the match. But, let&#8217;s be honest.<\/p>\n<p>We seem to get one weekly interaction in that story. On <em>Dynamite<\/em>, the trio stepped up to <strong>Top Flight<\/strong> and <strong>Action Andretti<\/strong> fresh off their own victory over <strong>The Hardys<\/strong> and <strong>Brother Zay<\/strong> on <em>Dynamite<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>But before that match takes place next week, the AAA trio takes on the <strong>Work Horsemen<\/strong>: <strong>JD Drake<\/strong> and <strong>Anthony Henry<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Peculiarly enough, their third man is <strong>The Mogul Embassy&#8217;s<\/strong> <strong>Brian Cage<\/strong>. As his regular partners, <strong>The Gates of Agony<\/strong>, are in Japan as a part of the World Tag League.<\/p>\n<p>And joining The House Of Torture. Oh, dear&#8230;.. Can Brian Cage finally prove to be a solid mercenary? Given his last work away from The Mogul Embassy saw him losing a Street Fight for the <strong>Don Callis Family<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Women&#8217;s TRIOS Action<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Your second trios match of <em>Rampage<\/em> happens to have <strong>The Outcasts<\/strong>, Ruby Soho and Saraya, teaming with the former <strong>JAS&#8217;<\/strong> <strong>Anna Jay<\/strong>. They all take on former Champions <strong>Kris Statlander<\/strong> and <strong>Hikaru Shida<\/strong> as well as <strong>Skye Blue<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Ruby Soho and Angelo Parker both have matches on the show. So, we gotta ask if that romance novel is set to play out again. On the other side, all three participants are coming off losses at <em><strong>Full Gear<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Can the babyfaces win and rebound?
