He was paired up with similar long-haired dirty blonde wrestler <strong>Griff Garrison<\/strong> and the two were billed as the tag team &#8220;T<strong>he Varsity Blonds<\/strong>&#8221; alongside valet <strong>Julia Hart<\/strong>. The team was a regular fixture of AEW&#8217;s developmental programs on <strong>YouTube<\/strong>, <em><strong>AEW Dark<\/strong><\/em> &amp; <em><strong>AEW Dark: Elevation<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/YTlqOdsmuxM\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Pillman Jr., alongside other members of his family, was profiled for <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/prowrestling\/2023\/06\/29\/dark-side-of-the-ring-jyd\/\" target=\"_self\"><em><strong>Dark Side of the Ring&#8217;s<\/strong><\/em><\/a> debut episode of season three in 2021. Focusing on his late father, Brian Pillman. As well as the other issues that sadly surrounded his family in the aftermath of his father&#8217;s passing. As things stand, and as some seem to report, the door is open for Pillman to come back to AEW in some capacity and the wrestler has yet to actually confirm his exit.<\/p>\n<h3>Possible Destinations for Brian Pillman Jr.<\/h3>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/QXq1DjS_8xs\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Brian Pillman Jr.\u00a0 had a successful run in <strong>Major League Wrestling<\/strong> before his AEW run where he was a former <strong>MLW<\/strong> World Tag Team Champion alongside <strong>Davey Boy Smith Jr.<\/strong> A stint that also saw him feud with <strong>MJF<\/strong> as members of their respective factions, &#8220;<strong>The Hart Foundation<\/strong>&#8221; and\u00a0 &#8220;<strong>The Dynasty<\/strong>.&#8221; With MJF &amp; and <strong>Richard Holliday<\/strong> defeating them for those MLW World Tag Team Championships. So, a return to the company is quite possible.<\/p>\n<p>Of course, other options available for Brian Pillman Jr. to explore include <strong>IMPACT! Wrestling<\/strong>. Or return to the independent scene. Brian Pillman has won titles in companies such as <strong>Warrior Wrestling<\/strong>, and <strong>Ohio Valley Wrestling<\/strong>.
