And with a strong show, there was bound to bring intrigue in what&#8217;s next. This past Friday&#8217;s <em><strong>SmackDown<\/strong><\/em> was the company&#8217;s first blue brand show following Saturday, November 5th&#8217;s Crown Jewel premium live event. November 7th&#8217;s Raw saw solid ratings as the flagship brand bounced back for the Crown Jewel fallout show. SmackDown also benefited from a post-Crown Jewel bump, <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/prowrestling\/2022\/09\/26\/smackdown-ratings-viewership-and-demo-9-23-22-is-wwe-knocking-on-the-door-of-3m-viewers\/\" target=\"_self\">hitting its best number in nearly two months<\/a>. Clearly, the advertisement of this past week&#8217;s SmackDown as a Crown Jewel fallout show helped aid the numbers. Though not much was announced in advance of SmackDown, one major title rematch may have moved the numbers as WWE heavily promoted the <strong>New Day<\/strong> taking on the <strong>Usos<\/strong> for the WWE Undisputed Tag Team Championship. Should the Usos win, they would guarantee themselves the record as the longest-reigning tag champs, unseating the New Day in the process.<\/p>\n<p>SmackDown, which also announced an appearance by <strong>Bray Wyatt<\/strong> in advance, featured several matches in the World Cup-inspired tournament, a six-pack challenge to determine <strong>Ronda Rousey<\/strong>&#8216;s next challenger for the SmackDown Women&#8217;s Championship, the return of <strong>Sarah Logan<\/strong> and the <strong>Viking Raiders<\/strong>, and a <strong>Bloodline<\/strong> celebration ceremony which erupted into a brawl between the Bloodline and the <strong>Brawling Brutes<\/strong> and <strong>Drew McIntyre<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><em>Stay tuned to the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/prowrestling\/\" target=\"_self\">Last Word on Pro Wrestling<\/a> for more on the wrestling ratings reports and other stories from around the world of wrestling, as they develop.
