Can you believe it’s Friday already? Well, you best believe it. It’s Friday, which can only mean one thing: the weekend is upon us! Oh, and Friday Night SmackDown<\/strong> is on tonight. There are a few matches and segments announced in advance of tonight’s show, which shall be taking place in the Enterprise Center of St. Louis, Missouri. With the MLB Playoffs also taking place tonight, SmackDown has – for this week, at least – been relegated from FOX to FS1, meaning a good card is crucial to preventing the ratings from diminishing too much. Let’s see what’s on offer by diving right in.<\/p>\n

Roman Reigns to Appear<\/h3>\n

It feels as though, every week, we have a section of this preview titled “Roman Reigns<\/strong> to Appear”. It shouldn’t really be news when the top champion of your weekly TV show turns up to work, but it at least makes him feel special. With WWE’s Saudi Crown Jewel<\/em><\/strong> Premium Live Event taking place just next week, this is Roman’s chance to go to town on his current adversary and future opponent at the event, Logan Paul<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Ronda Rousey Open Challenge<\/h3>\n

What do you do when you’re quite easily the toughest woman on SmackDown? Why, you issue open challenges, of course! Ronda Rousey<\/strong> will tonight issue an open challenge and, hopefully, gain an opponent from it. Carmella<\/strong> has teased accepting the challenge on Twitter, but honestly, we don’t fancy her chances. Who will accept? It’s a good question. Given the flurry of NXT<\/strong> alumni returning under Triple H<\/strong>‘s stewardship, we’re going to go out on a limb and suggest… Nia Jax<\/strong>. You’re welcome. We could be very wrong, but we’ll find out tonight.<\/p>\n

Hit Row & Mystery Partner vs. Legado del Fantasma<\/h3>\n

Tonight, Top dolla<\/strong> and Ashante Thee Adonis<\/strong> will team up with a mystery partner (could it be Nia Jax?) to take on the Legado del Fantasma<\/strong> (Santos Escobar<\/strong>, Joaquin Wilde<\/strong> and Cruz del Toro<\/strong>) stable. Who might the mystery partner be? It is unclear, but one thing is near-certain: it’s very likely to be a Triple H guy from his NXT days. There’s not much else to say here, really. It’ll be a decent match? We love Santos Escobar?<\/p>\n

The Bloodline (Sami Zayn & Solo Sikoa) vs. The Brawling Brutes (Butch & Ridge Holland)<\/h3>\n

Sami Zayn<\/strong> has been largely carrying this show on his back for weeks now (though it has been much improved all around). Tonight, he will team up with Bloodline<\/strong> ally and enforcer, Solo Sikoa<\/strong>, to take on two members of another stable who have been playing a large part in SmackDown’s recent successes, the Brawling Brutes<\/strong>. Butch<\/strong> & Ridge Holland<\/strong>, alongside group leader, Sheamus<\/strong>, have been contributing enormously to what has been an entertaining period of SmackDown. There’s no doubt that these two teams can have a high-octane, entertaining match tonight. What kind of drama will the Bloodline endure coming out of this match? Tune into SmackDown on FS1 tonight at 8\/7c to find out.<\/p>\n
