However, AEW has advertised that the new FTW Champion will in fact speak. About what? Good question. Despite winning the championship from Ricky Starks, it seems The Absolute One is the one with a direction set while The Coldblooded Handsome Devil finds himself only holding a title. Maybe this will clear things up. Will something come up for him? Or will he decide to aid Starks in his feud against Powerhouse Hobbs who is using The Factory as an obstacle for Starks?

Finally, the current AEW Tag Team Champions, Swerve In Our Glory, the team of Swerve Strickland and Keith Lee, will speak. However, pro wrestling’s personal Nosferatu-blogger has the aid of another makeshift partner: a bearded fellow known as Erick Redbeard. He makes his return to AEW yet again to team with Danhausen and they’ve been labeled as “Beardhausen”. However ‘Daddy Ass’ Billy Gunn isn’t too pleased that his sons besmirched the good name of the only match he ever made famous after Austin and Colten Gunn lost the Dumpster Match against The Acclaimed last week.

Eccentric Match-Ups

Parker Boudreaux was an individual people sang many praises for when he signed with WWE. The company opted to shave his head and have him just stand. Let’s not make a WWE criticism out of this as times are changing there for the better now. But this will be our first true look at what this man Paul Heyman once said was “The Next Brock Lesnar” can do as he faces Sonny Kiss, someone that has been with AEW since day one but barely received any significant chance. Who grabs the spotlight once it’s all said and done?

Parker is a part of this new group called The Trustbusters. But he happens to not be the only one competing on Rampage this week. The trio’s leader, Ari Daivari, the younger brother of Shawn Daivari, has re-debuted with this new group and name after apparently receiving a trust fund from his family, which he is investing in this group. One must wonder if Shawn got any of those funds. After Orange Cassidy turned down “whatever he was offering,” they go one on one in Rampage’s main event. It seems Cassidy has been on quite the hot streak, popularity-wise, since his match with Will Ospreay at Forbidden Door.
