Since the last time these two met there’s been a massive switch as MVP abandoned Lashley to side with Omos. MVP’s presence may turn the tide as the betting odds currently predict a win for Omos at 1/4 (-400) odds.

Madcap Moss vs Baron Corbin

While this feud between former friends is a tight one on the betting line it is Madcap Moss that is the current favorite to win. Coming in at 8/13 (-163) odds Moss is predicted to get some retribution on the man who stole his battle royal winner trophy.

SmackDown Women’s Championship – Charlotte Flair vs Ronda Rousey

It was somewhat surprising when Charlotte Flair retained her championship at WrestleMania against this year’s Royal Rumble winner Ronda Rousey. It seems like WWE was merely extending the feud as Rousey is the favorite to win this I Quit match and become champion yet again in the WWE. Rousey is a heavy favorite at current odds of 1/7 (-700) to come away with the win.

AJ Styles vs Edge

Another rematch, another story that’s had a twist. Edge’s heel turn and the establishment of his partnership with Damian Priest has given him a renewed purpose in the WWE. AJ Styles has been his primary target so far with Finn Balor getting involved in recent weeks. This feud is likely to keep going for a bit longer so the betting odds predict Edge will win with current odds of 8/11 (-138) favoring the WWE legend. Next time these two meet it will likely be in tag team action.

Cody Rhodes vs Seth Rollins

Embed from Getty Images

The return of Cody Rhodes was one of the biggest stories of this year’s WrestleMania. Rhodes has been presented as a massive star every chance the WWE gets so it’s no shock that current WrestleMania Backlash betting odds predict a win for the former AEW man. Rhodes’ odds of victory are currently 2/5 (-250)

Roman Reigns, Jimmy Uso, Jey Uso vs Riddle, Randy Orton & Drew McIntyre

What started out as The Bloodline attempting to hold four championships at once has descended into a war between the two sides. With nobody else even close to Reign’s level it seems McIntyre is being primed to challenge the Tribal Chief of WWE for his titles soon enough. Therefore it is little surprise that McIntyre and RK-Bro are currently odds on favorites at 2/5 (250) to get a win over Reigns and his family

WrestleMania Backlash Start Time

WWE WrestleMania Backlash is set to start on May 8, 2022, at 8pm easter and 5pm pacific, for UK fans it is a 1am GMT start time.

Stay tuned to the Last Word on Pro Wrestling for more on this and other stories from around the world of wrestling, as they develop.
