    WALTER\u2019s Last Stand\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

    We always knew it would be hard for NXT UK to keep hold of WALTER forever. The moment “The Ring General” arrived at the climax of NXT UK TakeOver: Blackpool<\/a> the wrestling world hasn\u2019t stopped talking about him. WALTER\u2019S legend grew during his 870 day NXT UK Championship reign<\/a> as he became the face of NXT UK.<\/span><\/p>\n

    He was featured in the US more often and was even included in the 2019 men\u2019s Survivor Series match. WALTER wrestled sparingly in 2021 but still managed to have sensational bouts with Tommaso Ciampa<\/a> and Ilja Dragunov<\/a>. Both took place in Florida at the Capitol Wrestling Center – a clear indication that the Austrian would likely be moving to the US for good.<\/span><\/p>\n
