It’s been a huge year for rising Midwest indie star Tootie Lynn<\/strong>, and it was capped off with championship gold on Sunday night at Glory Pro WrestlePocalypse<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0when she ended the 714-day reign of IMPACT Wrestling<\/strong>‘s Rohit Raju<\/strong> (Hakim Zane) for the Glory Pro Midwest Territory Championship in a four-way TLC match that also featured Dan The Dad<\/strong> and Ethan Price<\/strong>. Rohit Raju was the inaugural champion of the newer title, defeating\u00a0Myron Reed\u00a0<\/strong>in the tournament final at\u00a0Glory Pro Steel Cage Challenge<\/strong><\/em> back on November 24, 2019.<\/p>\n

Tootie Lynn<\/a> has been wrestling since 2017, competing as both Tootie Lynn as well as the masked Seishin<\/strong>, with such promotions as Dynamo Pro, St. Louis Anarchy, ACTION Wrestling<\/strong>, and Glory Pro, but she took a turn on the national scale this year when she was added to the National Wrestling Alliance (NWA)<\/strong>‘s NWA EmPowerrr<\/strong><\/em>, the all women’s event, this past August, followed by several appearances on the NWA’s flagship program, NWA Powerrr,<\/strong><\/em> including a shot at the NWA Women’s Tag Team titles alongside ThunderKitty<\/strong> just last week. The duo fell short in their attempt to dethrone champions\u00a0The Hex (Sienna & Marti Belle)<\/strong>. To add to her NWA appearances, she also taped two matches for All Elite Wrestling (AEW) last week, including one against former AEW Women’s World Champion\u00a0Riho<\/strong>, which will air on Monday’s\u00a0AEW Dark Elevation<\/strong><\/em><\/a>.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n
