If you\u2019re a long time reader of LWO Pro Wrestling, you may have heard of a series called \u201cThe Merch Table<\/a>\u201d before. This series has been defunct on the website for roughly two and a half years, but it\u2019s time to bring it back!\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

A special thanks to the site’s own Brandi<\/a> for letting me pick up on the idea.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The idea is pretty simple, we just take a look through some of the new wrestling merchandise released this month. We\u2019ll go through the usual suspects like WWE and AEW, while also highlighting some independent wrestlers and their merch shops as well.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Note<\/em>: Not all of these are good. Some things made this list because they\u2019re THAT bad. It\u2019s part of the mystery to figure out what\u2019s good and what\u2019s bad.<\/span><\/p>\n

WWE Shop<\/b><\/h2>\n

WWEShop has undoubtedly lost a lot of goodwill over the past three years and has consistently put out some really bad merchandise. The old dog still has a few tricks though, so let\u2019s take a look at the notable releases this month.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

WWE put up a pre-order link<\/a> for the commemorative plaque celebrating Big E\u2019s WWE Championship.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

It depends whether you\u2019re into these types of designs, but WWE put out a 90\u2019s style hip hop shirt<\/a> that features The Bloodline.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

In light of the \u201cDemon\u201d making his return at Extreme Rules, WWE put out this Beatles-style shirt<\/a> of Finn Balor evolving into his signature persona.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

WWE recently partnered with BarkBox to bring a whole box-themed to wrestling, but the kind folks at WWEShop decided to release each item individually.. for nearly the price of one \u201cBarkBox\u201d. This is the \u201cTug Team Championship\u201d pet toy.<\/a>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

ShopAEW\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n

AEW brought in the likes of Adam Cole, Ruby Soho<\/a>, and Bryan Danielson over the month of September, meaning that there is bound to be a ton of new merchandise.<\/span><\/p>\n

To celebrate the reunion of the Superkliq, AEW released this shirt<\/a> with two deers (the Young Bucks) kissing a dead man (Adam Cole). How lovely.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Is there much to say about this new Eddie Kingston shirt<\/a>? It\u2019s the quote of the century.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

AEW released this new shirt<\/a> in light of Adam Cole\u2019s promotional debut.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

AEW released this new stained glass type shirt<\/a> for Malakai Black recently. He seems to have a heavy influence in these designs, it\u2019s almost like he has his own clothing line<\/a>..\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Other Wrestling Companies (MLW, GCW, ROH, NJPW, Impact, etc.)<\/b><\/h2>\n

\u2026..speak for yourself TJP<\/a>, speak for yourself.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Although this shirt is a re-release, I love seeing these pop up<\/a> during the Halloween season. Bullet Club shirts will always hold a special place in my heart.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

New Japan Pro Wrestling released this shirt<\/a> in light of their recent \u201cGrand Slam\u201d event that took place earlier this month.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This might be the single best shirt ever made. Not just wrestling, but in general.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I’m a firm believer in one truth: GCW has the BEST merchandise in all of pro wrestling. They\u2019ll have a few examples on his list, but here\u2019s a shirt<\/a> celebrating Minoru Suzuki\u2019s return to the United States.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Another GCW piece, but this one<\/a> is celebrating the recent \u201cEmo Fight\u201d event that took place in New York City.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Impact\u2019s Josh Alexander is on the run of his career right now. He\u2019s set to challenge Christian Cage for the Impact World Title at Bound For Glory, so this new shirt<\/a> of his was released a few days ago.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Independent Wrestling<\/b><\/h2>\n

It\u2019s always important to highlight the up-and-comers in today\u2019s wrestling world, so that\u2019s what we\u2019ll do here!<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Tony Deppen recently released a collection of new shirts, but this one<\/a> stood out to me especially.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Hana Kimura had a new shirt released<\/a> in her honor recently, and I think it\u2019s a delightful design. It also comes in a few different colors as well!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

As he\u2019s currently in a feud with Matt Cardona, Effy released a few<\/a> spoof shirts<\/a> of Cardona\/Ryder\u2019s old merchandise.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Cardona responded by releasing this<\/a>, which is hilarious.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Wrestling trading cards have always been of interest to me, but it\u2019s especially cool to see an independent wrestling promotion releasing their own set of cards<\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\u201cThe Deathmatch Samurai\u201d AKIRA released this new shirt<\/a> in connection with Stiff Blade Apparel.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Action Figures, Funko Pops, and more\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n

Funko released this\u2026 interesting new Art Series edition Pop for The Rock. You can pre-order it<\/a> from Walmart now.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

At the Double Or Nothing fanfest this year, AEW revealed that they were going to be producing \u201cWrestling Buddies\u201d. Now, you can pre-order them<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Also revealed at the Double Or Nothing fanfest was the AEW Unmatched Series 2 collection. The collection features three new wrestlers, as well as the return of MJF and Santana\/Ortiz. After a few months waiting, you can pre-order them now<\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

And those are the highlights (and lowlights) of wrestling merch for September 2021. To add a twist to the previous edition of the series, I\u2019m going to give an overall grade to this month\u2019s crop of\u00a0 wrestling merch.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The grading scale I\u2019ve created is as followed:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

A – My wallet is completely empty<\/span><\/p>\n

B – I\u2019ll survive, but no eating out this week<\/span><\/p>\n

C – I\u2019ve got some extra money. Let\u2019s go to the movies!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

D – Should I plan a mini-vacation?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

F – Should I buy a new house\/car?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
