The Briscoes Capture IMPACT Gold at Under Siege
The Briscoes are a well-decorated tag team. They hold the record for most combined days as Ring of Honor (ROH) World Tag Team Champions at 1,374 days. They held the titles 12 times which is a record itself. They are also two-time GCW Tag Team Champions, one-time IWGP Tag Team Champions, and one-time GHC Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Champions.
They made their IMPACT debut at Multiverse of Matches during Wrestlecon where they lost to The Good Brothers. The Briscoes made their IMPACT television debut following Rebellion and found themselves in a number one contender match against Heath and Rhino. The Briscoes won that match and qualified for this match at Under Siege. They made good on the opportunity and captured the IMPACT Tag Team Championships tonight.
This is another championship in the storied career of the Briscoes. They are one of the most decorated tag team champions in this era of wrestling. The rest of the IMPACT tag team division will have their work cut out for them as the Briscoes are now at the top of the division.
