Today the WWE announced the latest class of recruits from the indie wrestling world to join the WWE Performance Center, as they begin training to join the NXT brand. Some top tier talent involved, as well as some stars with untapped potential, so let’s have a look at the names announced today from the world of the indie wrestling scene.

TREVOR LEE
Only 25-years-old but already a 10-year veteran of the ring, Trevor Lee spent the past four years with IMPACT Wrestling, where he’s a former 3x IMPACT X-Division Champion. He’s spent the entire past decade with Carolina Wrestling Federation (CWF) Mid Atlantic, as well as working for All American Wrestling (AAW), Pro Wrestling Guerrilla (PWG), and many other top US indies.
ACH
The total package, he combines raw power, technical mat skills, and extreme athleticism. ACH has been a stand out everywhere he’s worked, from a 5-year stint with Ring of Honor to New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW), as well as AAW, PWG, Major League Wrestling (MLW) and Beyond Wrestling.
KAREN Q
Karen Q competed in the 2018 Mae Young Classic, but she’s best known for her time as a part of the Women of Honor roster in ROH the past two years. Wrestling since 2014, she’s also appeared for SHIMMER, RISE, Beyond and Women’s Wrestling Revolution (WWR) to name a few.
RACHAEL ELLERING
The daughter of WWE Hall of Famer Paul Ellering, Rachael Ellering is a student of former WWE, WCW and ECW Superstar Lance Storm, who appeared in both the 2017 and 2018 Mae Young Classics (as Rachel Evers). She spent a good chunk of last year working for Stardom in Japan, as well as competing in the likes of SHIMMER, RISE, WrestleCircus, Bar Wrestling and more.

SAMUEL SHAW
An 11-year pro from Florida, Samuel Shaw spent four years with IMPACT Wrestling from 2012 through 2015. He recently competed for the National Wrestling Alliance (NWA) in chasing the NWA National Championship.

3.0 (Scott “Jagged” Parker & “Big Magic” Shane Matthews)
The Canadian duo has spent the past 17 years together as a tag team, capturing tag team gold in Canada with Montreal’s International Wrestling Syndicate (IWS) and twice in CHIKARA.
JONAH ROCK
One of the megastars of Australia’s booming indie scene, the monster Jonah Rock was the enforcer for The Mighty Don’t Kneel, the faction that produced the NXT tag team The Mighty (Nick Miller & Shane Thorne).
ELLIOT SEXTON
Another member of The Mighty Don’t Kneel as well as Jonah Rock’s frequent tag partner in SexRock, Elliot Sexton is another member of the explosive Aussie indie scene to join the February class.
“FREAK BEAST” NICK COMOROTO
27-year-old Nick Comoroto is a student from the Monster Factory School, where he trained alongside NXT Superstar Matt Riddle. He recently started to break out in the past couple of years with MCW Pro (formerly Maryland Championship Wrestling), Combat Zone Wrestling (CZW) and EVOLVE.
