On the other hand, that leaves us much slimmer, especially at running back, in terms of Week 4 stream team options. Each week this column will analyze a player at each position rostered in 50 percent of Yahoo leagues or less. This group of players is basically a\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: line-through;\">dream<\/span>\u00a0stream team. For reference, the threshold used for Wins and Losses in this article will be if the quarterbacks can score 15 plus points, such as\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/F\/FitzRy00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ryan Fitzpatrick<\/a>,<\/strong>\u00a0who will look to continue the \u201cFitzmagic\u201d going this week against the Seahawks reeling defense, and if the rest can score 10 plus PPR points. After a rough Week 1 against the <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/nfl\/nfl-teams\/patriots\/\" target=\"_self\">New England Patriots<\/a>, he\u2019s rebounded nicely for two straight 25+ point performances. This week he gets a home date against the <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/nfl\/nfl-teams\/seahawks\/\" target=\"_self\">Seattle Seahawks<\/a>. This isn\u2019t your Dad\u2019s \u201cLegion of Boom\u201d Seattle secondary anymore. This is more like the \u201cLegion of Gloom.\u201d Bad jokes aside, Seattle has allowed the second-most fantasy points to quarterbacks so far in 2020. This looks like a perfect storm where the <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/nfl\/nfl-teams\/dolphins\/\" target=\"_self\">Miami Dolphins<\/a> defense can\u2019t slow down <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/W\/WilsRu00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Russell Wilson<\/a><\/strong> forcing Fitzpatrick to sling it early and often against a bad secondary. I guess it\u2019s not the weirdest thing we\u2019ve seen in 2020. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/C\/CarsCh00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Chris Carson<\/a><\/strong> suffered a minor knee sprain in Week 3 against the <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/nfl\/nfl-teams\/cowboys\/\" target=\"_self\">Dallas Cowboys<\/a> on a dirty play. If Carson is forced to sit in Week 4, Hyde should be in line for a significant workload. It is also a prime spot against a soft Dolphins defense that just got shredded by waiver-wire darling <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/R\/RobiJa00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">James Robinson<\/a><\/strong>. The game script also sets up perfectly for Hyde as well as Seattle is a heavy favorite. He\u2019s always been a guy I tend to like a bit more than most people for PPR formats. After missing Week 1 with an injury, Tate has returned to see five and seven targets the past two weeks. The <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/nfl\/nfl-teams\/giants\/\" target=\"_self\">New York Giants<\/a> had a plethora of weapons to start the year but that has changed drastically. Both <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/B\/BarkSa00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Saquon Barkley<\/a><\/strong> and <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/S\/ShepSt00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Sterling Shepard<\/a><\/strong> are out with injuries. That leaves only Tate, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/S\/SlayDa01.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Darius Slayton<\/a><\/strong>, and <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/E\/EngrEv00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Evan Engram<\/a><\/strong> as the primary weapons. This sets up as a fast-paced game in which the Giants are chasing points. I\u2019m also expecting Slayton to see a ton of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/R\/RamsJa00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Jalen Ramsey<\/a><\/strong> this week. I know tight end defense is extremely noisy and we are dealing with small sample sizes on top of that, but Cleveland has a poor linebacker unit and a banged-up safety corps as well. They\u2019ve been beaten by most tight ends to this point, and even though <strong>Logan Thomas<\/strong> didn\u2019t produce last week, he still saw a healthy amount of targets. Dallas has played at a <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/HaydenWinks\/status\/1311359310556016641?s=20\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ridiculous pace<\/a>\u00a0to this point so far.
