Beckham will serve as the <span data-pwa-id=\"pwa-5FF06F51C7BD93BF8E4F59A93F6F410C\" data-pwa-rule-id=\"WEAK_ADJ\" data-pwa-category=\"style\" data-pwa-hint=\"Can you use a stronger adjective than 'big'\" data-pwa-suggestions=\"enormous play threat\" data-pwa-heavy=\"false\" data-pwa-dictionary-word=\"big play threat\">big-play threat<\/span> while Landry keeps his role as a possession receiver with some of the most reliable hands in the game.<\/p>\n<p>In 2019, Landry recorded 83 receptions for 1,174 yards and a 14.1 yards per reception average, setting career highs in the latter two areas. He also recorded six touchdown passes and earned his fifth trip to the Pro Bowl.<\/p>\n<p>Beckham\u2019s season was poor for his standards but solid to NFL standards as he amassed 74 receptions for 1,035 yards and averaged 14 yards per reception. He caught four touchdown receptions in 2019. His statistics were lower, but reports revealed he\u2019d spent the season battling sports hernia.<\/p>\n<h3>Projected Three and Four: Rashard Higgins and Donovan Peoples-Jones<\/h3>\n<p>After logging 39 receptions in 2018, Rashard Higgins fell from grade and recorded just four receptions in 2019. It was unclear whether he\u2019d <span data-pwa-id=\"pwa-82903FF06AD65DD436246D37E6EF15FD\" data-pwa-rule-id=\"COORDCONJIC_MISSING-COMMA_PWCE\" data-pwa-category=\"grammar\" data-pwa-hint=\"Missing comma before coordinating conjunction when it separates two independent clauses\" data-pwa-suggestions=\"return,\" data-pwa-heavy=\"true\" data-pwa-dictionary-word=\"return\">return<\/span> to the Cleveland Browns wide receivers room but in late-April he returned to the Browns on a one-year deal. His prior production with Baker Mayfield made him a fan favorite in 2018, but injuries and clashes with then-coach Freddie Kitchens set him up for a rocky 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Sixth-round pick Donovan Peoples-Jones looks to be the boom or bust prospect but his draft status garners him first dibs at snagging the fourth <span data-pwa-id=\"pwa-BA1FFC62F0CBA0F577B832BA82DB58DB\" data-pwa-rule-id=\"CRFSR_RECEIVER_35\" data-pwa-category=\"grammar\" data-pwa-hint=\"Possible confused word\" data-pwa-suggestions=\"receive\" data-pwa-heavy=\"false\" data-pwa-dictionary-word=\"receiver\">receiver<\/span> spot if he produces well in training camp. While he hasn\u2019t produced outstanding numbers, Ratley recorded 12 receptions in 2019 for 16.7 yards per reception. He enters his third season with the Browns and has played just well enough since his rookie season in 2018 to garner another look.<\/p>\n<p>Hodge had four catches for 76 yards in 2019 and he also played special teams, logging 13 tackles. His special teams experience may give him an edge to win a roster spot in <span data-pwa-id=\"pwa-06722A9518274931C94B05F486C855DF\" data-pwa-rule-id=\"COORDCONJIC_MISSING-COMMA_PWCE\" data-pwa-category=\"grammar\" data-pwa-hint=\"Missing comma before coordinating conjunction when it separates two independent clauses\" data-pwa-suggestions=\"camp,\" data-pwa-heavy=\"true\" data-pwa-dictionary-word=\"camp\">camp<\/span> but he must prove he\u2019s capable of producing better numbers at receiver if he hopes to stick around. Natson is small, and he\u2019ll remind old school fans of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/M\/McNeGe00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Gerald McNeil<\/a><\/strong>. While the same height, Natson <span data-pwa-id=\"pwa-B0B667EE3BB7E187C97AD50496CF5148\" data-pwa-rule-id=\"PASSIVE_VOICE\" data-pwa-category=\"style\" data-pwa-hint=\"Passive verbs make your writing less direct. While he recorded 37 receptions and a touchdown with the <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonprofootball.com\/nfl-teams\/titans\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Tennessee Titans<\/a> in <span data-pwa-id=\"pwa-CE8B6329604FE174BF33003A91220BC2\" data-pwa-rule-id=\"SUB_CLAUSE_2\" data-pwa-category=\"grammar\" data-pwa-hint=\"Missing comma after subordinate clause\" data-pwa-suggestions=\"2018,\" data-pwa-heavy=\"false\" data-pwa-dictionary-word=\"2018\">2018<\/span> he only appeared three games in 2019, logging zero receptions.
