Davon Hamilton 2020 NFL Draft Profile<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Coming out of high school, Davon Hamilton was a three-star recruit before committing to Ohio State. From there, Hamilton would be with the team for five seasons and played in 40 games. After being redshirted his true freshman year, Hamilton first saw the field in nine games<\/a> during his redshirt freshman season. In his sophomore season, Hamilton posted 4.5 tackles for loss in seven games.<\/p>\n

In his junior year, Hamilton was once again in a reserve role with the team; however, in his final year, Hamilton would have a breakout year. During his senior season, Hamilton saw three starts, which were the first of his college career. He also played in all 13 games and recorded career highs with six sacks and 9.5 tackles for loss.<\/p>\n

Davon Hamilton never got a large share of the snap percentage during his time at Ohio State. It wasn’t until his senior year where he truly saw a reputable amount of playing time. However, Hamilton was able to prove himself on a defense with lots of talent during his final year. Hamilton went on to be a senior bowl invite and a combine invite as well.<\/p>\n
