Ben Bredeson 2020 NFL Draft Profile<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Ben Bredeson<\/strong> was a four-year starter in a pro-style offense at the University of Michigan. Bredeson earned All-Big Ten second-team selections in 2017 and 2018 but earned first-team as a senior in 2019. Bredeson was also a second-team All American in 2019.\u00a0 Ben Bredeson was a four-year starter at Michigan. Bredeson did a great job as a run blocker and was a team leader on and off the field. Bredeson is considered an excellent lockerroom influence.\u00a0 He was twice named team captain. It’s sometimes difficult to rate interior lineman as they don’t have stats like other players that are easily seen. That said, he is a good run blocker and was more than adequate in pass coverage.<\/p>\n

Ben Bredeson attended high school at Arrowhead High School in Hartland, WI. He was named the Gatorade high school player of the year for the entire state of Wisconsin his senior season. He was highly recruited and received offers from well over a dozen colleges including Alabama, Auburn, LSU, Miami, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Oklahoma, Wisconsin, Michigan and a host of others. After weighing his options the decision came down to Wisconsin and Michigan. In the end, he opted for Michigan.\u00a0 Ben Bredeson was ranked among the top forty recruits in America.<\/p>\n

Bredeson had a solid season as a senior at Michigan.\u00a0 Bredeson was named to the first-team All-Big Ten squad and was a second-team All American in 2019.\u00a0 He was voted as a team captain for the second time in 2019 and impressed scouts with his motor and unbelievable power. Ben Bredeson will not quit on a play and you don’t have to worry about him being outworked.<\/p>\n
