The terms of the deal are unknown at this time. Iupati is a 10-year NFL veteran. He was a strength on the Seattle line and saw 1,015 snaps which were good for a 92% snap share. From 2015-2018 Iupati was a fixture at left guard in Arizona. His last two seasons on the Cardinals were plagued with injury, but his first two were stellar. In 2015 Iupati earned second team All-Pro honors in addition to a Pro Bowl nod. That marked his fourth straight Pro Bowl season and his second All-Pro honor. With the first coming in 2012 when he received a first team All-Pro selection as a member of the 49ers.<\/p>\n<p>Drafted 17th overall in the first round of the 2010 NFL Draft, Iupati started all 16 games as a rookie en route to earning 2010 NFL All-Rookie honors. He followed his rookie year by starting all 16 games in 2011 and 2012 and anchored a run first 49ers team that were perennial NFC and Super Bowl contenders. In seven of his 10 NFL seasons, Iupati has started at least 13 games.<\/p>\n<p>Mike Iupati was born in American Samoa and <a href=\"https:\/\/govandals.com\/sports\/football\/roster\/mike-iupati\/2891\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">attended the University of Idaho<\/a>. In 2006 he saw limited action in a backup role but then started all 12 games at left guard in 2007. Despite off-season shoulder surgery in 2008, Iupati played in 10 games and started in eight of them.
