After missing the Pittsburgh Steelers 2018 finale, the former sixth-round pick arrived in Oakland via trade. Brown wouldn’t even play a game for the Raiders, as the team released him prior to the season opener. Brown then signed with the New England Patriots and appeared in one game for the reigning Super Bowl champions. During his time in New England, Brown recorded four receptions for 56 yards and one touchdown.<\/p>\n
However, the Patriots quickly decided that Brown wasn’t worth the headache. The wide receiver failed to inform the team about an impending lawsuit regarding accused sexual misconduct and followed that up by sending intimidating texts<\/a> to a different accuser.
