Byes. Lots and lots of byes. In total, there are six teams off this weekend which makes setting your Fanduel lineups trickier than ever. Do you stick with the studs you can trust? Or do you take some more risks now that the player pool is as dry as ever? Ultimately, each of you will have to decide exactly how you want to approach DFS in a week like this but that doesn’t mean you have to do it alone. Today I’m going to help you out by breaking down my top Fanduel stacks of Week 10. It includes Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson.

Lamar Jackson Headlines Week 10 DFS Stack Plays

Lamar Jackson ($8,600) & Marquise Brown ($5,300) at Cincinnati Bengals

Starting from the top of the slate, we have maybe the NFL’s most exciting player in Lamar Jackson with a dream matchup against the Bengals. Even with his high price tag, Jackson is a must-start in Fanduel this week simply based off upside alone. In his last meeting with the Bengals, Jackson was unstoppable rushing for a season-high 152 yards while throwing for another 236 yards. This Bengals defense ranks 27th against quarterbacks this season and that number should drop even lower after facing Jackson for the second time.

What makes Jackson’s Week 6 performance even more incredible is the fact that his number one wide receiver Marquise Brown didn’t even play. Brown sat that game out with an injury but is now back in the lineup bringing a whole new dimension to this offense. There are few players with more speed and explosiveness than “Hollywood” Brown and I think that will be on display this week in an extremely advantageous matchup. Even with Jackson being the most expensive quarterback on the slate, stacking him with Brown leads to an ultimately cheap stack that could hit big.

Jameis Winston ($7,900) & Chris Godwin ($8,200) vs Arizona Cardinals

The Buccaneers will host the Cardinals this Sunday in what should be an absolute shootout leading to a ton of points being scored both in reality and fantasy. I recommend getting as many pieces of this game as possible, starting with Jameis Winston and Chris Godwin. The Cardinals come into this game ranked dead last in the league against quarterbacks and they haven’t been very good against wide receivers either coming in at 19th overall. Over the last few weeks we’ve seen Mike Evans have monster games while Godwin finished more middle of the pack, but I don’t see that being the case this time around. Cardinals Pro Bowl cornerback Patrick Peterson is back in the lineup and should shadow Mike Evans giving Godwin favorable matchups in the slot all day long.

I really like the matchup this week for Jameis against a putrid secondary and back home in Tampa where he has been considerably better throughout his career. There is always a risk factor when starting him due to his turnover issues, but the upside outweighs the risk on this one. We could be looking at a 45-40 game come Sunday and you’ll be kicking yourself if you weren’t in on the action. Make sure you are by firing up all the Bucs and Cardinals that you can.

Josh Allen ($7,500) & John Brown ($5,800) at Cleveland Browns

Every week I like to give you one “value-stack” featuring a pair of lower-priced players allowing you to load up on studs throughout the rest of your lineup. This week, the value lies with Josh Allen and John Brown. Starting with the quarterback, Allen has been as consistent as it gets scoring 17 or more Fanduel points in seven of eight games this season. What makes him so reliable is his ability to run the football giving you a safe floor even if the passing game isn’t firing on all cylinders. That being said, I don’t see him having any issues throwing the ball on this Browns defense who just allowed Brandon Allen to score 23 points against them in his first career start.

In terms of pass catchers for the Bills, no one brings more upside than John Brown. Throughout his entire career, he’s been known as a deep threat and this year is no different with an average of over 14 yards per catch on the season. Many times, when you see a deep threat receiver you also see a boom or bust type of guy but that’s not Brown. In six of eight games this season, Brown has recorded at least nine Fanduel points, but I see an even bigger game out of him this week. The Browns have been dealing with injuries in their secondary all year and have struggled to cover outside receivers. For those of you always looking for value, the Allen to Brown stack is perfect for you.

Embed from Getty Images

With six teams on bye, setting DFS lineups is as tricky as ever.
