Since he’ll need to clear concussion protocol before he re-takes the field, he probably won’t be ready for Monday Night Football. Matt LaCosse, meanwhile, has battled injury throughout the 2019 season. Even though New England will probably be without Izzo and LaCosse, they’ll finally get to see Ben Watson back on the field. Watson signed with the Patriots in the off-season but missed the first four games due to a suspension. The running back was in the midst of a nice stretch of play but ultimately couldn’t stay healthy. He was a game-time decision in Week 6, so he’ll probably be ready to go against the New York Jets.

Patrick Chung was listed with heel and chest injuries, but don’t expect that to slow him down. Chung is one of the toughest players on the roster and hasn’t missed a game yet this season. Don’t expect that to change on Monday Night Football.

Julian Edelman first suffered his chest injury in Week 3 but has yet to miss a game in 2019. While he’s suffered a few knicks and bruises since the initial injury, he should be ready to start and serve as the top option in the passing game. Phillip Dorsett, meanwhile, suffered a hamstring injury early in Week 5 and hasn’t played since. He’s probably going to be more of a game-time decision than the other players on this list.

Main photo:
Embed from Getty Images

Josh Gordon, Ryan Izzo, and Matt LaCosse missed Friday’s practice session, while Rex Burkhead and three other New England Patriots were limited.

[5,36
4076,5138,507,666,1012,2014,1823,5351,331
post-74922","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-patriots","category-nfl-news","tag-ben-watson","tag-jakobi-meyers","tag-josh-gordon","tag-julian-edelman","tag-patrick-chung","tag-phillip-dorsett","tag-rex-burkhead","tag-ryan-izzo","tag-tom-brady
["GET
