Six weeks of NFL play are officially in the books, which means bye weeks are in full swing. Gone are the days where you could just coast by on a strong draft. Now more than ever, you\u2019ll need to search the waiver wire for all the best available quarterbacks. Heading into Week 7, you should set your eyes on\u00a0Kirk Cousins<\/a>, Daniel Jones<\/a>,<\/strong> and\u00a0Andy Dalton<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Note that in order to make this list, the player had to be available in over 50% of fantasy leagues. If you\u2019re in smaller leagues, there may be better players available. Make sure to check your waivers to see if there are any diamonds in the rough before submitting your claims.<\/p>\n

Kirk Cousins, Daniel Jones Highlight Fantasy Football Week 7 Quarterback Waiver Wire Streams<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Kirk Cousins<\/h3>\n

Kirk Cousins lives again! After starting off the season with some of the worst play of his career, Cousins bounced back to what you typically expect from the longtime veteran. Over the past two weeks, Cousins has thrown for a combined 639 yards, six touchdowns, and one interception. He and Mike Zimmer<\/strong> have finally found a way to balance a run-first attack while keeping Adam Thielen<\/strong><\/a> and Stefon Diggs<\/a><\/strong> happy and productive.<\/p>\n

Cousins faces a tough matchup Week 7 matchup against the Detroit Lions, but he should be able to put up a starting-caliber performance for your fantasy. However, what truly makes Cousins so appealing is what happens after Week 7. After next Sunday, Cousins faces off against the Washington Redskins, Kansas City Chiefs, and an underperforming Dallas Cowboys defense. There\u2019s a case to be made that Cousins will be a top-five quarterback over that three-week stretch. Grab him for the short term and the long term.<\/p>\n

Daniel Jones<\/h3>\n

Daniel Jones has outperformed any realistic expectations thus far, even though he does need to take better care of the ball. Jones is coming off consecutive bad outings, but it\u2019s hard to blame him for the results. The Minnesota Vikings<\/a> and New England Patriots boast two of the best defenses in football, and Jones clearly wasn\u2019t ready for that type of challenge. It didn\u2019t help matters that just about every significant offensive weapon suffered some form of injury.<\/p>\n

Jones faces off against an objectively bad Arizona Cardinals defense in Week 7. Even though the Cardinals are getting<\/a> Patrick Peterson<\/a><\/strong> back on the field, Jones should still be able to rack up some yardage in this one. Additionally, Jones should have Saquon Barkley<\/a><\/strong> back on the field, and Sterling Shepard<\/a><\/strong> might be back as well. Jones probably won\u2019t give you a top-10 performance, but he\u2019s a good pickup in two-quarterback leagues.<\/p>\n

Andy Dalton<\/h3>\n

It\u2019s hard to get excited about Andy Dalton, no matter what format of fantasy football you play. Dalton isn\u2019t that good this year, as a subpar offensive line and a series of injuries placed him in an unfavorable situation. However, his matchup dictates that he can be a good start in deeper leagues.<\/p>\n

The Jacksonville Jaguars simply aren\u2019t the same defense without Jalen Ramsey<\/a><\/strong>. Ramsey missed the past three games, and it\u2019s hard to imagine the disgruntled cornerback returning to Jacksonville any time soon. The Bengals are one of the most pass-happy teams in the league, and Dalton should be able to rack up yards against a Ramsey-free defense. Dalton should be a safe start and could have low-end QB1 upside if A.J. Green<\/a><\/strong> makes his season debut.<\/p>\n
