Thanks to the pass-happy nature of the game, it&#8217;s never been more important to have a great offense. However, which offensive players within the AFC East are the best? In order to pass time between minicamps and training camps, Last Word on Pro Football has comprised the 2019 All-AFC East Team. First, let&#8217;s start by taking a look at the best offensive players the AFC East has to offer. That won\u2019t change in 2019, as the six-time Super Bowl champion <a href=\"https:\/\/lwosonnfl.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/2019\/06\/26\/tom-brady-even-better-2019\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">should be even better<\/a> next year. Given a clean bill of health and a more consistent supporting cast, Brady should remain one of the top five quarterbacks in the league. Father Time will eventually catch up with Tom Brady, but Brady\u2019s still got <a href=\"https:\/\/lwosonnfl.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/2019\/06\/15\/tom-brady-peyton-manning-aging-quarterback\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">at least three more years<\/a> left in his tank. He is our All-AFC East quarterback.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><i style=\"mso-bidi-font-style: normal;\">Second Team: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/D\/DarnSa00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Sam Darnold<\/a><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"MsoNormal\">Running Back: Le&#8217;Veon Bell<\/h3>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Even after sitting out a season, <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonprofootball.com\/nfl-teams\/jets\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">New York Jets<\/a> running back <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/B\/BellLe00.htm\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">Le\u2019Veon Bell<\/b><\/a> remains the class of the AFC East running backs. At his best, no other running back matches Bell\u2019s ability to win as a runner and a pass-catcher. While he\u2019ll need to prove his patient style of running can work behind a bad Jets offensive line, he should remain effective as a pass-catcher, which is more important in today\u2019s NFL.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><i style=\"mso-bidi-font-style: normal;\">Second Team: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/D\/DrakKe00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Kenyan Drake<\/a><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"MsoNormal\">Wide Receiver: Julian Edelman<\/h3>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">New England Patriots wide receiver <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/E\/EdelJu00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Julian Edelman<\/a><\/b> is one of the most reliable and dependable receivers in the league when he\u2019s healthy. The Super Bowl MVP is Tom Brady\u2019s most trusted weapon and should see a huge workload with <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/G\/GronRo00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Rob Gronkowski<\/a><\/b> retired. If he can stay healthy, he should have another 100-catch, 1,000-yard season.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"MsoNormal\">Wide Receiver: Robby Anderson<\/h3>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">He\u2019s no <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/J\/JoneJu02.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Julio Jones<\/a><\/b>, but <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/A\/AndeRo04.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Robby Anderson<\/a><\/b> has shown a promising ability as a deep threat during his first three years in the league. The former undrafted free agent recorded 50 receptions for 752 yards and six touchdowns last year, and his production should improve in Sam Darnold\u2019s second year. In Weeks 15 and 16, Anderson recorded a combined 16 receptions for 136 yards and two touchdowns.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"MsoNormal\">Wide Receiver: Kenny Stills<\/h3>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Miami Dolphins wide receiver <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">Kenny Stills<\/b> is one of the more overlooked players in the NFL. While he\u2019s something of a one-trick pony, he does that one trick incredibly well. Last year Stills recorded 37 receptions for 553 yards and six touchdowns despite playing with <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/O\/OsweBr00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Brock Osweiler<\/a><\/b> and a broken <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/T\/TannRy00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ryan Tannehill<\/a><\/b>. His production should improve with <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/F\/FitzRy00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ryan Fitzpatrick<\/a><\/b> and\/or <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/R\/RoseJo01.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Josh Rosen<\/a><\/b> under center.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><i style=\"mso-bidi-font-style: normal;\">Second Team: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/W\/WilsAl02.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Albert Wilson<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/E\/EnunQu00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Quincy Enunwa<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/search\/search.fcgi?pid=BrowJo02,BrowJo22,BrowJo21&amp;search=John+Brown&amp;utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">John Brown<\/a><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"MsoNormal\">Tight End: Chris Herndon<\/h3>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Rob Gronkowski is gone, so the title of best tight end in the AFC East is up for grabs. For now, the honor goes to New York Jets tight end <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/H\/HernCh00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Chris Herndon<\/a><\/b>. Herndon finished his rookie year with 39 receptions for 502 yards and four touchdowns and finished the year on a high note. He faces a two-game suspension to start the season, but he should be the best tight end in the division if he can pick up where he left off.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><i style=\"mso-bidi-font-style: normal;\">Second Team: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/L\/LaCoMa00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Matt LaCosse<\/a><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"MsoNormal\">Left Tackle: Laremy Tunsil<\/h3>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">The Miami Dolphins might have the worst offensive line in the NFL, but their left tackle position is shored up with <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/T\/TunsLa00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Laremy Tunsil<\/a><\/b>. Selected with the 13<sup>th<\/sup> pick in the 2016 NFL Draft, Tunsil immediately stepped in and helped shore up Miami\u2019s blind side. While he\u2019s not quite on the level of a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/B\/BakhDa00.htm\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">David Bakhtiari<\/b><\/a>, he\u2019s still an above-average starter in a league short of starting-caliber tackles.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><i style=\"mso-bidi-font-style: normal;\">Second Team: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/D\/DawkDi00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Dion Dawkins<\/a><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"MsoNormal\">Left Guard: Joe Thuney<\/h3>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/T\/ThunJo00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Joe Thuney<\/a><\/b> was a solid starter during his first two seasons in the league but took a huge leap during his third year in the league. The former third-round pick ended the year as PFF\u2019s seventh-best guard and should repeat that performance in 2019.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><i style=\"mso-bidi-font-style: normal;\">Second Team: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/O\/OsemKe00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Kelechi Osemele<\/a><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"MsoNormal\">Center: David Andrews<\/h3>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/A\/AndrDa00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">David Andrews<\/a><\/b> entered the league as an undrafted free agent back in 2015 and immediately outplayed that billing. The center was New England\u2019s Week One starter as a rookie and only improved with time. Andrews became a top-10 center in 2017 and ended 2018 as PFF\u2019s seventh-ranked center. He finished the year on a high note, helping New England win Super Bowl LIII while shutting down superstar defensive tackle <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/D\/DonaAa00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Aaron Donald<\/a><\/b>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><i style=\"mso-bidi-font-style: normal;\">Second Team: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/M\/MorsMi00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Mitch Morse<\/a><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"MsoNormal\">Right Guard: Shaq Mason<\/h3>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/M\/MasoSh01.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Shaq Mason<\/a><\/b> is the right guard for the All-AFC East team and the All-NFL team. The former fourth-round pick spent his collegiate tenure in a triple-option offense, so he\u2019s always been a top-level run defender. However, he\u2019s dramatically improved his pass protection prowess and could be the best all-around guard in football.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><i style=\"mso-bidi-font-style: normal;\">Second Team: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/W\/WintBr00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Brian Winters<\/a><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"tab-stops: 138.0pt;\">Right Tackle: Marcus Cannon<\/h3>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/C\/CannMa00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Marcus Cannon<\/a><\/b> isn\u2019t as good as his interior colleagues, but the former fifth-round pick is the best right tackle in the AFC East. Cannon\u2019s battled injuries throughout his career but has started 13 or more games in two of the past three seasons. He earned Second-Team All-Pro honors in 2016 and ended 2018 as PFF\u2019s 26<sup>th<\/sup>-ranked tackle. He\u2019s no superstar, but he\u2019s a dependable starter along one of the best offensive lines in football.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><i style=\"mso-bidi-font-style: normal;\">Second Team: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/N\/NsekTy00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ty Nsekhe<\/a><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Offenses: <a href=\"https:\/\/lwosonnfl.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/2019\/06\/30\/2019-all-afc-east-team-the-offense\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">AFC East<\/a> &#8211;
