NFL rosters are beginning to take shape for the 2019 season. Minicamps are in full swing, and the game’s elites are back at work, knocking off any off-season rust. Let’s take a look at who could lead the league with some offensive stat predictions for 2019.<\/p>\n
Luck is coming off a massive 2018 season. He threw for over 4,500 yards and 39 touchdowns. The rocket-armed quarterback looks to be all the way back from a shoulder injury that held him out the entire 2017 season. His offensive line was one of the league’s best in the latter half of 2018, and he has some valuable weapons in his arsenal. Look for rookie wideout\u00a0Parris Campbell<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>to contribute right away along with\u00a0T.Y. Hilton<\/a>.<\/strong> Luck is a good bet to throw for close to 5000 yards in 2019.<\/p>\n Rodgers is still one of the game’s best signal callers, and his supporting cast improved vastly over the off-season, especially on the defensive side.\u00a0Davante Adams<\/a><\/strong> is a magnet for the end zone, and Rodgers has the arm talent to explode at any given moment. 40 plus touchdowns should be Rodgers’ goal in 2019.<\/p>\n “Zeke” is the epitome of a ground and pound runner. He wears a defense down throughout the course of a game. He’s shown that he is more than capable of carrying the ball 30 plus times in any game. The Cowboys offense goes as Elliott goes, and if they could give him 500 carries, they would. Elliott may come close to 2000 rushing yards in 2019.<\/p>\n It was tempting to throw Saquon Barkley<\/a><\/strong> here, but the Giants’ offense may not provide him with many opportunities to score. Kamara is a do-it-all back, and he plays in one of the NFL’s most dominant offenses. He’s a threat to score from anywhere on the field thanks to his elite speed and elusiveness. He’s also an underrated short yardage back. His ability to maintain upright through contact is an elite trait. Defenses are always wary of\u00a0Drew Brees<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>raining down on them, but the Saints’ biggest threat may be No. 41. Kamara could have around 15 touchdowns on the ground in 2019.<\/p>\n Jones hasn’t had a real receiving threat opposite him since\u00a0Roddy White<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>started to wear down around 2013. Now with second-year stud\u00a0Calvin Ridley<\/a><\/strong> on the other side, the field is wide open for Jones to do all sorts of damage. He’s logged 1,400 plus yards in five seasons straight, and there’s no reason that trend won’t continue. Jones should end the 2019 season with around 1,600 receiving yards.<\/p>\n Adams is an underrated talent despite having a monster 2018. He scored 13 touchdowns in 15 games last year, and his connection with Aaron Rodgers is reminiscent of\u00a0Peyton Manning<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0Marvin Harrison<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>back in the day.
