Tytus Howard 2019 NFL Draft Profile<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Tytus Howard<\/strong> is likely to become the first HBCU prospect drafted in this years\u2019 draft. Howard has a real chance to be taken in the second round and or even a late first round pick is not out of the question.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s hard to believe that a man this size played both football and basketball in high school. But that’s why this kid is so special. Howard wasn’t recruited at all. He had no other option but to walk onto a field at Alabama State and garner attention. Howard replaced another draft pick Jylan Ware<\/a><\/strong> at left tackle when starting his career. Ware was drafted in the seventh round by the New York Giants.<\/p>\n

During his time at Alabama State, he added over 100 pounds to his frame and was convinced that the offensive tackle position fits him perfectly. After his freshman year, he was awarded a scholarship. Currently, he’s slated to be one of the top offensive tackles in the 2019 NFL Draft.<\/p>\n
