His new contract keeps him with the team until 2020. He had indeed been a staple of the Packers offense for some time. Although his contribution levels went down over the last few years, he\u2019s still been a decent receiver.\u00a0<span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Despite the strong start which included the 75-yard touchdown, Cobb\u2019s 2018 season was a bit disrupted by injuries. He only played in nine games, and in those games had 383 yards and two touchdowns. These were his lowest totals since his rookie year. Even when he was healthy again, his reps started disappearing as the eliminated Packers started testing out younger wide receivers down the stretch.\u00a0<span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Cobb played football in high school in Alcoa, Tennessee. Cobb played college with the University of Kentucky. During his time there, he was a First Team All-SEC twice in 2009 and 2010 and also\u00a0made All-American in 2010. After his junior year in 2010, he went ahead and declared for the NFL Draft.\u00a0<span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Cobb was drafted by the Packers in 2011 in the second round with the 64th pick, where he had remained ever since. In his rookie year, he had a 108-yard kickoff return for a touchdown, which tied the NFL record\u2014in his first game. He has a total of three kickoff \/ punt returns for touchdowns. His best season came in 2014 when he had 91 catches, 1,287 yards, and 12 touchdowns. These stats resulted in his lone Pro Bowl berth.
