The deal carries with it $107 million in guarantees and includes a no-trade clause.<\/p>\n<p>Wilson was last extended by the team in 2015 on a four-year $87.6 million contract. He started his collegiate career at NC State before transferring to Wisconsin for his final two seasons. While in college, Wilson also played baseball and was drafted by the Colorado Rockies and later acquired by the Texas Rangers. The Seahawks then drafted him in the third round of the 2012 NFL Draft, despite warnings about his height, which was an ultimate steal since he led them to two super bowl appearances in a row (winning one) in his second and third years in the league.<\/p>\n<p>Wilson has broken numerous franchise and NFL records in his career.
