Check.<\/p>\n<p>You would also want someone that came through a college system that prepared him for the NFL.\u00a0 Part of the gamble on so many stat-producing wide receivers in college is wondering how they will adapt to the NFL game.\u00a0 Well, how is working under <strong>Urban Meyer<\/strong> and starting for a National Championship with the <strong>Ohio State Buckeyes<\/strong>?\u00a0 Mike Thomas gets another check.<\/p>\n<h3>A Further Analysis<\/h3>\n<p>The size, speed, hands, bloodlines, great foundation and proven winning.\u00a0 But if\u00a0you&#8217;re drafting the wide receiver,\u00a0you want more.\u00a0\u00a0You want character and a great teammate.\u00a0Michael Thomas is a God-fearing man who has already demonstrated grace and humility both on and off the field.\u00a0 Mike has shown his appreciation for his colleagues and his profession.\u00a0 In addition, he is a fan-favorite who goes out of his way to give an extra high five, sign an autograph or take a photo.<\/p>\n<p>Any wide receiver without a catchable football in his vicinity is a waste of a weapon.\u00a0 So, how about the great quarterback to throw him the ball?\u00a0 Answer: <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/B\/BreeDr00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Drew Brees<\/a><\/strong>.\u00a0 Check\u00a0Finally, fans\u00a0want to see an immediate return on my investment.\u00a0 It&#8217;s the last piece of\u00a0the wide receiver puzzle.\u00a0 The Saints used their\u00a0second round selection in the 2016 draft on Michael Thomas and, considering they needed so much help on the defensive side of the ball, felt very confident in the investment.\u00a0 Through\u00a0five games this season, Thomas has accumulated over 300 yard receiving and has a touchdown grab in three consecutive games.<\/p>\n<p>Mike Thomas and the New Orleans Saints will have their hands full this week as they travel to Kansas City to play the <strong>Chiefs<\/strong>.\u00a0 Kansas City is widely known as one of the toughest places to play in the NFL.\u00a0 With a top-10 pass defense, Thomas will have his work cut out for him.<\/p>\n<p>While\u00a0no one can be\u00a0sure the outcome of this week&#8217;s game, but if\u00a0one had to guess, the Chiefs pass defense will not be ranked in the top 10 after this game, largely in part to the emergence of #13, Michael Thomas.<\/p>\n<div class=\"getty embed image\" style=\"background-color: #fff;
