The best way to do this is analyze match-ups and target lower tier players for value. This strategy allows you to load your lineup with point-gaudy studs such as Le’Veon Bell, Odell Beckham Jr., and Rob Gronkowski.

There is a boat-load of value at each position for week four. Don’t forget that DraftKings uses points-per-reception scoring as their default when making any guaranteed prize pool lineups this week.

Daily Fantasy Football Week Four: Best DraftKings Guaranteed Prize Pool Values

Jared Goff – Los Angeles Rams – Quarterback

There is nothing not to like about second-year pro Jared Goff in week four. Goff and his Los Angeles Rams will hit the road to take on the Dallas Cowboys, who are struggling immensely to defend the pass.

Dallas has allowed the 11th-most fantasy points to quarterbacks so far in 2017. They will also be less than seven days removed from a gashing at the hands of Carson Palmer and Larry Fitzgerald on Monday Night Football.

Goff will enter this road match-up as the QB11 in standard quarterback scoring. His five touchdowns through the air are good for ninth-most in the league right now. With that in mind, Goff will cost just $5,600 to grace a GPP lineup. The quarterback position is the easiest position to find value; don’t overthink this one.

Andre Ellington – Arizona Cardinals – Running Back

This pick carries a little more risk, considering Andre Ellington won’t have the highest floor in the running back department. With that in mind, there is still plenty to be excited about considering Ellington’s price of just $3,800.

Ellington has seen his snap counts, carries, receptions, and targets all increase in each of the last two weeks. Week three was especially eye-opening, as he converted his ten touches into 81 total scrimmage yards. Ellington actually caught five passes on eight targets in this game, which makes up for his lack of touchdown upside.

Something else to love about Ellington is the fact he is always a big play waiting to happen. It’s so easy to forget how much of a PPR monster the Clemson product was just three short years ago. Ellington played in 12 games that year and scored double-digit DraftKings fantasy points in all but one of them. Three of these performances were 22 point showings or higher.

Lastly, Ellington faces a San Francisco 49ers defense that was just destroyed by Todd Gurley for 149 scrimmage yards, five receptions, and three total touchdowns. This defense has struggled to stop running backs since the start of 2016.

DeAndre Hopkins – Houston Texans – Wide Receiver

There was a time not long ago where DeAndre Hopkins was one of the top three most expensive skill position players in daily fantasy. That’s no longer the case (he is the ninth-most expensive for week four) but the match-up is just so good this week that the asking price of $6,400 is just too good to ignore.

Hopkins and his Houston Texans take on the Tennessee Titans at home. Tennessee has been one of the worst defenses in the league at covering wide receivers. Only two teams are allowing more fantasy points per game to opposing wideouts, and no team has surrendered more touchdowns to the position than the Titans.

Something else worth noting is that Tennessee has allowed the fifth-most receptions to wide receivers through three games. Hopkins currently leads the NFL in targets with 37, and he places third in the league in receptions thus far.

Cameron Brate – Tampa Bay Buccaneers – Tight End

No tight end (except for O.J. Howard) has a better matchup this week than Cameron Brate. The New York Giants have surrendered the third-most targets, the second-most touchdowns, and the most receptions and total fantasy points to tight ends this season.

This could be the second match-up in a row where quarterback Jameis Winston won’t have Mike Evans at his beckoned call, either. While Brate is still the eighth-most expensive tight end on DraftKings this week at $3,800, he is still extremely cheap for GPP purposes. The value Brate possesses given the match-up and potential game script allows for a huge purchase at the flex position.

LeSean McCoy – Buffalo Bills – FLEX

There is no better option at the running back this week than the reliable LeSean McCoy. The veteran will cost you a whopping $8,400 on Draftkings this week, but he will be more than worthy of the hefty price tag.

Shady’s Buffalo Bills will take on the Atlanta Falcons, who have been shredded by pass catching backs over the last 19 games. Those 19 contests includes Super Bowl LI, which saw pass catching specialist James White log 14 receptions for 110 yards and a touchdown out of the backfield against Atlanta.

Atlanta did not get any better at stopping backs from running routes rapid out of the backfield. The Falcons are currently allowing 146 total yards per contest to running backs in 2017. Also, no team has surrendered more receptions to the position.

Shady has struggled on the ground over the past two weeks, but he has caught at least five passes for 34 yards in each contest this year. McCoy is still looking for his first touchdown as well, and he faces a defense that has allowed four of them to tailbacks in three games.

One more thing; Atlanta will be without elite edge defender Vic Beasley.
