Here is a close look at all the Sunday matchups to help guide you in your starting lineup decisions.<\/p>\n<h2>Fantasy Football Week Three Rundown<\/h2>\n<h3>Houston Texans at New England Patriots<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonprofootball.com\/nfl-teams\/texans\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Texans <\/a>quarterback <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/W\/WatsDe00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Deshaun Watson<\/a><\/strong> was the lone highlight in an ugly Thursday night Week Two win. His 67 rushing yards and a touchdown make him him a viable start in two quarterback leagues. Wide receiver <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/H\/HopkDe00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">DeAndre Hopkins<\/a><\/strong> has been targeted often since Watson took over the starting job. In the last three quarters, Hopkins has received 25 targets which gives him a safe wide receiver two floor moving forward. Running back <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/M\/MillLa01.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Lamar Miller<\/a><\/strong> led the Texans with 18 rushing attempts in Week Two, but limited production with those touches. Rookie <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/F\/ForeDO00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">D&#8217;Onta Foreman<\/a><\/strong> got the majority of the first half rushing load, and looking quicker and stronger than Miller. While fantasy owners are calling for Foreman to take over the starting job, Miller&#8217;s catching ability still makes him the Texans back to own, albeit by default. On the road at Foxborough, Miller is no better than a low running back two in all formats.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonprofootball.com\/nfl-teams\/patriots\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Patriots <\/a>quarterback <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/B\/BradTo00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Tom Brady<\/a> <\/strong>responded in a big way from his zero touchdown performance Week One performance against <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonprofootball.com\/nfl-teams\/chiefs\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Kansas City<\/a>. His 447 yards and three touchdown performance erased any concerns from Patriots fans. Running back <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/G\/GillMi00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Mike Gillislee<\/a><\/strong> is a must start as New England&#8217;s goal line back with 18 carries, 69 yards, and a touchdown last week against <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonprofootball.com\/nfl-teams\/saints\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">New Orleans<\/a>.\u00a0 <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/search\/search.fcgi?pid=WhitJa20,WhitJa02&amp;search=James+White&amp;utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">James White<\/a> <\/strong>continues to be a target hog with 13 targets and 11 receptions through two games. Until proven otherwise, Cooks is only a wide receiver three with a wide receiver two ceiling.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Baltimore Ravens at Jacksonville Jaguars (in London)<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonprofootball.com\/nfl-teams\/ravens\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ravens <\/a>travel to England as one of ten undefeated teams in the NFL. \u00a0Despite battling injuries, the Ravens backfield has been very productive. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/W\/WestTe00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Terrance West<\/a><\/strong> is dealing with a soft tissue injury which has opened the door for<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/A\/AlleJa01.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Javorius Allen<\/a><\/strong>, who finished eighth in both standard and PPR fantasy formats in Week Two. Quarterback <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/F\/FlacJo00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Joe Flacco<\/a><\/strong> has been nursing a bad back from preseason, but should continue to find veteran tight end <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/W\/WatsBe00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ben Watson<\/a><\/strong> against a Jaguars defense that has allowed the third most fantasy points to opposing tight ends on the season. Wide receiver\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/M\/MaclJe00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Jeremy Maclin<\/a> <\/strong>has scored a touchdown in each of the first two games, although on only six total receptions. He is not worth a start against the Jacksonville cornerback duo of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/B\/BouyA.00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">A.J. Bouye<\/a><\/strong> and<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/R\/RamsJa00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Jalen Ramsey<\/a><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonprofootball.com\/nfl-teams\/jaguars\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Jacksonville&#8217;s<\/a> fantasy players are very polarizing. They are definitive starts or sits this week against the Ravens. The Jaguars defense was great in week one with 10 sacks, but got worn down late against the <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonprofootball.com\/nfl-teams\/titans\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Titans<\/a>. They remain a safe play against Baltimore this week, who will be <a href=\"https:\/\/sports.yahoo.com\/marshal-yanda-might-not-famous-name-injury-crushing-ravens-175430583.html\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">without star guard <\/a><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/Y\/YandMa20.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Marshal Yanda<\/a><\/strong>. <strong>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/F\/FourLe00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Leonard Fournette<\/a><\/strong> is second among all running backs with 40 carries, and is one of the few three down workhorses currently in the league. While the Ravens are tough against the run, Fournette is a clear start in 12 team leagues regardless of format. While<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/L\/LeexMa00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Marqise Lee<\/a><\/strong> and <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/H\/HurnAl01.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Allen Hurns<\/a><\/strong> are intriguing fantasy options, quarterback <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/B\/BortBl00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Blake Bortles<\/a> <\/strong>needs to perform better. He has two interceptions and one fumble lost this season. It is better to look elsewhere against a Ravens team that is currently fourth best against fantasy wide receivers this season.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Cleveland Browns at Indianapolis Colts<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Quarterback <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/K\/KizeDe00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">DeShone Kizer<\/a><\/strong> took a step backwards against the Ravens in Week Two. He finished 15 of 31 for 182 yards and three interceptions. The <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonprofootball.com\/nfl-teams\/browns\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Browns <\/a>wide receiving core hasn&#8217;t helped much, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cleveland.com\/browns\/index.ssf\/2017\/09\/kenny_britt_challenged_man-to-.html\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">with <strong>Kenny Britt<\/strong> clearly struggling <\/a>and <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/C\/ColeCo00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Corey Coleman<\/a><\/strong> out after suffering a broken hand. Running back <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/C\/CrowIs00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Isaiah Crowell<\/a> <\/strong>remains a strong Week Three play despite only 70 total rushing yards in two games.<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/J\/JohnDu00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Duke Johnson<\/a><\/strong> is 11th among running backs with 11 targets, but only has five receptions. Wide receiver <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/H\/HiggRa00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Rashard Higgins<\/a><\/strong> is the clear top receiving option and is hoping to build off his seven reception 95 yard performance last week. Both tight ends (<strong>Seth DeValve<\/strong> and <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/N\/NjokDa00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">David Njoku<\/a><\/strong>) are talented, but are currently siphoning fantasy value from each other.<\/li>\n<li>While all of Indianapolis waits for the return of quarterback <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/L\/LuckAn00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Andrew Luck<\/strong><\/a>, no one is more anxious than the <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonprofootball.com\/nfl-teams\/colts\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Colts <\/a>wide receivers. Both <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/H\/HiltT.00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">T.Y. Hilton<\/a><\/strong> and <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/M\/MoncDo00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Donte Moncrief<\/a> <\/strong>have failed to score this season. Doyle caught all eight of his targets for 79 yards last week.\u00a0<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/G\/GoreFr00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Frank Gore<\/a><\/strong> is still the lead running back and should be a solid running back two at home against Cleveland. Rookie <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/M\/MackMa00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Marlon Mack<\/a> <\/strong>is talented but is only insurance for Gore at this point.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>New York Giants at Philadelphia Eagles<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonprofootball.com\/nfl-teams\/giants\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Giants <\/a>offense has been struggling and playing <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonprofootball.com\/nfl-teams\/eagles\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Philadelphia <\/a>in their home opener is not an easy task. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/M\/MannEl00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Eli Manning<\/a><\/strong> is currently 29th among quarterbacks in fantasy points per game. The Giants fantasy running back situation is a mess. It is hard to justify starting a running back on a team that only has 97 total rushing yards through two games. In PPR formats however, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/V\/VereSh00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Shane Vereen<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>is a solid option. He leads the team in both targets (13) and receptions (12). <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/B\/BeckOd00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Odell Beckham<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>will be better, but is against a tough Eagles secondary that ranks top 10 against opposing fantasy wide receivers. The weakness in Philadelphia&#8217;s defense, is defending the tight end. Rookie <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/E\/EngrEv00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Evan Engram<\/a> <\/strong>should have a safe floor in a game where the Giants will need to score points.<\/li>\n<li>Philadelphia quarterback <strong>Carson Wentz<\/strong> has been impressive in two road games to start the season. He has thrown for over 300 yards in both games at Washington and at Kansas City. Running back <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/B\/BlouLe00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">LeGarrette Blount<\/a> <\/strong>may actually get a carry in this game (zero carries last week), but is still not a starter in any fantasy format. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/S\/SproDa00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Darren Sproles<\/a> <\/strong>had 10 carries and four targets at Kansas City, and should finally crack the top 24 PPR running backs this week. Giants cornerback <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/J\/JenkJa03.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Janoris Jenkins<\/a><\/strong> caused <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/B\/BryaDe01.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Dez Bryant<\/a> <\/strong>problems in Week One, but sat out Week Two with an ankle injury. \u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.nydailynews.com\/sports\/football\/giants\/giants-janoris-jenkins-2nd-straight-week-article-1.3511266\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Reports are that he will not play Sunday<\/a>, giving fantasy owners a green light to start wide receiver <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/J\/JeffAl00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Alshon Jeffery<\/a><\/strong>. With a mediocre linebacking core, tight ends are always a strong fantasy play against the Giants. \u00a0Eagles tight end<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/E\/ErtzZa00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Zach Ertz<\/a><\/strong> has the second most targets (18) and second most receptions (13) at the position. \u00a0Ertz is an automatic start until further notice. Wide receiver <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/A\/AghoNe00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Nelson Agholor<\/a><\/strong> had a great first week and terrible second week. Start him and enjoy the production. Running back <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/L\/LyncMa00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Marshawn Lynch<\/a> <\/strong>is the goal line workhorse with a touchdown on 121 rushing yards. Since the Raiders want to keep Lynch fresh for the playoffs, backup <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/R\/RichJa01.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Jalen Richard<\/a><\/strong> is a viable running back two option. Richard has the same amount of fantasy points as Lynch on 19 less carries. As for wide receivers, Week One was <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/C\/CoopAm00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Amari Cooper<\/a>&#8216;s<\/strong> show, while Week Two was <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/C\/CrabMi00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Michael Crabtree<\/a>&#8216;s<\/strong>. However, he hasn&#8217;t produced much yet, so Cook is still a low end tight end one until proven otherwise.<\/li>\n<li>This has the makings of an offensive &#8220;get right&#8221; game for <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonprofootball.com\/nfl-teams\/redskins\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Washington<\/a>. Quarterback<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/C\/CousKi00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Kirk Cousins<\/a><\/strong> has only thrown for 419 yards in two games, but that was a result of a heavy run script game at the Rams in Week Two. The Raiders defense has been fifth best against opposing fantasy running backs, so be careful starting an injured <strong>Robert Kelley<\/strong> or backup <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/P\/PeriSa00.htm?utm_campaign=Linker&amp;utm_source=direct&amp;utm_medium=linker-\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Samaje Perine<\/strong><\/a>.
