Between inconsistent quarterback play, coaching turnover and a lack of reliable weapons, Tennessee has rarely been a fantasy gold mine. That could change in 2026. With a revamped coaching staff and some intriguing young talent, this year may finally be the exception. Fantasy managers looking for value in Titans players for the 2026 season have several intriguing options.

Let’s take a look at the Titans fantasy football outlook for 2026, including which players deserve a spot on fantasy rosters and which ones are best left alone.

Tennessee Titans Fantasy Football 2026: Players to Draft and Avoid

Tennessee Titans Fantasy Football: Players Worth Targeting

Cam Ward

Cam Ward feels like he’s ready to make the leap in Year 2 of his career. With a new coaching staff, including Brian Daboll as offensive coordinator, there’s a lot of promise in having a new scheme. Weapons added in the offseason in the form of Carnell Tate and Wan’Dale Robinson give Ward more quality options to distribute the ball. While he might not be a QB1 on your fantasy roster in week one, the possibility of a breakout in 2026 makes him one of the better late-round upside swings at the position.

Carnell Tate

Tate was taken fourth overall in this year’s draft and is expected to immediately become one of Cam Ward’s main receivers. He’s been described by scouts as a quarterback-friendly target who is always in the right spot and catches the ball cleanly, as evidenced by his zero drops in his final season at Ohio State.

Tate was considered one of the top receiving prospects in this draft class, and one would think he slots right into a starting spot at wide receiver with Ward looking his way often. While he doesn’t profile as a big speed guy or deep threat, he should be a consistent target for Ward in an offense getting a bit of a facelift this year. The fantasy community looks to be buying into Tate early, and he’s easily worth a draft pick in your leagues, grabbing him in the middle rounds.

Wan’Dale Robinson

There are a few different things to like about Robinson from a fantasy standpoint this season. He had over 90 catches each of the last two seasons with the New York Giants, surpassing 1,000 yards in 2025. That came with Daboll at the helm and essentially running the offense there. Keep in mind, he had to catch passes from the immortal Daniel Jones, and other luminaries like Drew Lock, Tommy DeVito and the ghost of Russell Wilson. Ward can at least be considered equal to Jaxson Dart, and with the familiarity between Robinson and Daboll, he’s someone to be taken in all drafts this year.

Tony Pollard

Running back is almost never an easy position to fill on a fantasy roster. Depending on your draft order, you might wind up getting a stud early or in a position where all the tip-top guys have gone before it’s your turn. That said, Tony Pollard is someone that should always be drafted this season. Four straight years of over 1,000 yards rushing, and a solid output of catches to go with it. He’s the clear RB1 for the Titans, and that doesn’t look to change in 2026. Pollard is unlikely to be a league-winning pick at his current price, but he offers one of the safer paths to weekly RB production among mid-round running backs.

<smartframe-embed class="smartframe_wp_element" customer-id="a61405551f80e72f675225f083759bb9" image-id="fwuQaZoO3scg" style="width: 100%; display: inline-flex; max-width: 4500px; aspect-ratio: 4500/3000;" ></smartframe-embed>

Tennessee Titans Fantasy Football Sleepers

Tyjae Spears

Tyjae Spears feels like a guy who has been a fantasy sleeper for his entire career. It seemed like he might be in line to take over the starting RB role from Derrick Henry in 2024, but in came Pollard, and that never came to fruition. Though he hasn’t amassed more than 100 carries in a season, the fact remains that he’s still the primary backup to Pollard and is a receiving threat out of the backfield. Spears should be taken as a handcuff for Pollard and could fill some flex spots on deeper rosters, as he looks to bolster the offense.

Calvin Ridley

Calvin Ridley is a true enigma on the fantasy front going into 2026. His first two seasons in Tennessee each resulted in 1,000 receiving yards, even with what can best be described as “unstable quarterback play” in 2024. We didn’t get to see much of his pairing with Ward last season, as a broken fibula took Ridley out after just seven games.

Now there are even more questions. Can Ridley stay healthy for a full season given he’s now in his early 30s? Will the fibula injury impact him in any aspect on the field in 2026? As noted, the receiving corps around him has improved, but Ridley feels like a crapshoot fantasy-wise in 2026. Stash him on your bench and tread lightly.

Tennessee Titans Fantasy Football: Proceed with Caution

Gunnar Helm / Daniel Bellinger

It’s difficult to feel comfortable using either guy at the tight end spot right now. Although Chig Okonkwo signing with the Washington Commanders should mean more targets to go around for the tight ends, Daboll doesn’t put a lot of focus on that position in his offensive schemes. The Giants ranked near the bottom of the league in targets for tight ends, compared to last year’s Titans squad, who were around the top 10 with 26% of overall targets. Throw in the improved wide receiver corps, and it’s best to stay away from Helm and Bellinger for the time being.

Titans Defense

Can’t recommend them yet. On paper, bringing in Robert Saleh as head coach and longtime veteran Gus Bradley as defensive coordinator feels like it will be a good change for a unit that ranked near the bottom in every defensive category except for sacks. Jeffery Simmons continued to play at a Pro Bowl level, reaching double-digit sacks for the first time in his career in 2025. The secondary is the bigger concern, only generating eight interceptions and ranking 30th in yards allowed per pass play. Signing Cor’Dale Flott and Tony Adams is…something, and will at least add some fresh blood to the unit.

The Titans still aren’t a team fantasy managers should build around, but they’re no longer a team to ignore either. Fantasy managers looking for the safest Titans fantasy options, Pollard and Robinson offer the best floors; for managers chasing upside, Ward and Tate could become difference-makers.

Tennessee Titans Fantasy Football Cheat Sheet

Player

Fantasy Outlook

Cam Ward

Late-round QB upside

Carnell Tate

Mid-round WR target

Wan’Dale Robinson

WR3/FLEX value

Tony Pollard

Safe RB2/FLEX

Tyjae Spears

Handcuff sleeper

Calvin Ridley

Risk/reward veteran

Main Photo Courtesy of Imagn Images

For years, fantasy managers have approached Tennessee Titans players with caution.
