To the coaching staff, trainers, equipment staff, cafeteria workers, and the cleaning crew – thank you for everything you do behind the scenes to keep us going. The most noticeable part of Brown’s farewell message<\/a> was the lack of any negativity. There were no sarcastic remarks and no jabs at the Eagles organization. Everything in his message was positive. Brown’s farewell message felt more like a thank you card than an unwanted farewell. Considering all of the negativity that swirled around his trade rumors, it was nice to see him end things on a positive note with the Eagles. His classy heartfelt message was a perfect way to close out his time with the Eagles.<\/p>\n

Brown’s Career in Philadelphia Cemented His Legacy<\/h3>\n

While Brown’s farewell message addressed his thanks to the city, fans and Eagles personnel, he did not touch that much on his career in Philly. Brown spent four seasons with the Eagles and during that time he put up over 5,000 receiving yards<\/a>. He also leg the Eagles two to Super Bowls against the Kansas City Chiefs <\/a>and was able to win one of them.\u00a0Brown has cemented his legacy in Philadelphia as one of the greatest wide receivers in Eagles history.<\/p>\n

What Brown’s farewell message did not touch on is that he will be reuniting with New England Patriots head coach Mike Vrabe<\/a>l who previously coached him during his time with the Tennessee Titans<\/a>.
