  2. Sean McVay, <\/span>Los Angeles Rams<\/span><\/a>\u00a0 (92-57) – McVay can coach; it’s as simple as that. He knows how to not only design offensive schemes, but he also gets the most out of his players.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Sean Payton, <\/span>Denver Broncos<\/span><\/a>\u00a0 (184-108) (32-19) Payton proved his worth as a coach after taking over the Broncos and returning the team to prominence in just three seasons. Payton has a Hall of Fame pedigree and knows the game well.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Dan Campbell, <\/span>Detroit Lions<\/span><\/a> (53-43-1) (48-36-1) Campbell took over the Lions when they were… bad. He has rejuvenated Detroit and has surefire leadership abilities.<\/li>\n
  5. Ben Johnson, <\/span>Chicago Bears<\/span><\/a>\u00a0 (11-6) (11-6) Johnson wowed the NFL as the offensive coordinator for the Detroit Lions before doing the same in his first season leading the Bears to the playoffs.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
