The New York Jets were widely considered the winners of the 2026 NFL Draft. They leveraged the picks gained from trading away stars like Sauce Gardner<\/a> and Quinnen Williams<\/a>. The Jets selected edge rusher David Bailey<\/a> second overall.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The Texas Tech<\/a> product is expected to be a cornerstone pass rusher. This is with a defense that struggled to generate any pressure consistently in 2025.<\/span><\/p>\n
