What is Kenyon Sadiq\u2019s dynasty outlook as he joins a somewhat crowded Jets receiving room?<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Dynasty Outlook for Rookie Jets Tight End Kenyon Sadiq<\/b><\/h2>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"max-width: px\"><smartframe-embed class=\"smartframe_wp_element\" customer-id=\"b0c95bc04383cef69c6b47df872135cf\" image-id=\"WmOB5PRbOv9w\" style=\"width: 100%; display: inline-flex; max-width: 4500px; aspect-ratio: 4500\/3000;\" ><\/smartframe-embed><\/p>\n<h3><b>College Production<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/nfl\/2025\/09\/30\/kenyon-sadiq-2026-nfl-draft-profile\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_self\">Sadiq spent three seasons at tight end for the Oregon Ducks<\/a>. He only had 80 career receptions, with 51 of them coming in his final season, in which he had 560 receiving yards and eight touchdowns. This is<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sports-reference.com\/cfb\/players\/kenyon-sadiq-1.html\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">not a lot of collegiate production for a top 16 draft pick<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, but he is an athletic freak.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>New York Jets Landing Spot<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Last season, the Jets did not have a strong group of pass catchers behind Garrett Wilson. They traded for Adonai Mitchell as part of the Sauce Gardner trade with the Jets, and still have Mason Taylor (TE), Isaiah Williams (WR), and Arian Smith (WR). Expect a lot of 12 personnel (two tight end sets) with Taylor being the more traditional tight end, while Sadiq lining up wide in the slot. Unfortunately, the Jets traded back into the <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/nfl\/2026\/04\/24\/omar-cooper-jr-dynasty-outlook-following-jets-selection\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_self\">1st round to take wide receiver Omar Cooper Jr.<\/a>, who played most of his time out of the slot for Indiana. Breece Hall and Wilson are the two centerpieces of this offense, and Smith is not going to be able to support any more fantasy-relevant weapons. Sadiq and Cooper will be competing with each other for targets and production in an offense that probably won\u2019t be scoring much. This was not a great landing spot for Sadiq for his dynasty outlook.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Sadiq Dynasty Value<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">According to<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/keeptradecut.com\/dynasty-rankings\/players\/kenyon-sadiq-2005\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">KeepTradeCut<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, a website that crowdsources dynasty values from players who use the site, Sadiq is the TE9. He is ranked behind Tucker Kraft, Sam LaPorta, and Kyle Pitts, while ahead of Oronde Gadsden, George Kittle, and <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/nfl\/2026\/03\/09\/isaiah-likely-dynasty-outlook-after-giants-signing\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_self\">Isaiah Likely<\/a>. I like a lot of these players more than I do Sadiq, so I am expecting Sadiq\u2019s dynasty value to fall over the next few weeks.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Sadiq Dynasty Rookie Draft<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sadiq is in the second tier of rookies for dynasty rookie drafts. There are many combinations, including SuperFlex and TE premium. Regardless of the format, the first six picks will be <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/nfl\/2026\/04\/13\/jeremiyah-love-2026-nfl-draft-profile-3\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_self\">Jeremiyah Love<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/nfl\/2026\/04\/24\/carnell-tate-dynasty-outlook-following-surprising-titans-selection\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_self\">Carnell Tate<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/nfl\/2026\/04\/24\/jordyn-tyson-dynasty-outlook-following-saints-selection\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_self\">Jordyn Tyson<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/nfl\/2026\/04\/23\/las-vegas-raiders-select-qb-fernando-mendoza\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_self\">Fernando Mendoza<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/nfl\/2026\/04\/24\/jadarian-price-dynasty-outlook-following-seahawks-selection\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_self\">Jadarian Price<\/a>, and Makai Lemon in some order. In TE premium leagues, Sadiq will go around the 1.07, and in non-TE premium leagues, he will go around the 1.08-1.10.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/nfl\/category\/fantasy\/dynasty\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_self\"><em>Read More Dynasty Outlooks<\/em><\/a><\/p>\n<h3><b>Sadiq Dynasty Outlook<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This is not an ideal landing spot for Sadiq, competing with another rookie in Cooper for targets on a bad offense. There will be limited opportunities for Sadiq to break out, hurting his fantasy and dynasty outlook. However, the tight end position does not have many star players in it, so it does not take much production to be fantasy relevant.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rookie tight ends have dominated over the last three seasons, with Sam LaPorta, Brock Bowers, and Tyler Warren all having great seasons. Sadiq does not have that high ceiling as those three did in their rookie seasons. For that reason, I would rather trade the first-round pick away for Sadiq rather than trade him away.
