The most anticipated weekend of the NFL offseason is finally here. After months of waiting, the 2026 NFL Draft<\/a> is just days away. Pundits, along with fans, have posted numerous mock drafts, each attempting to predict how things will shake out Thursday evening. While it’s difficult to predict what will happen in the first round, there is more information about what may happen in the days leading up to the draft. This class has a select few elite prospects, most of whom will hear their name called in the top 10. How will the teams picking 1-10 upgrade their roster in this final 2026 NFL mock draft?<\/p>\n

2026 NFL Mock Draft: Final Picks 1-10<\/h2>\n

1. Las Vegas Raiders<\/a>– Fernando Mendoza, QB, Indiana<\/h3>\n

This pick doesn’t need much explanation. The Raiders desperately need a franchise quarterback, and Fernando Mendoza is easily the best available. His combination of frame, velocity, and accuracy makes him the obvious choice for Las Vegas.<\/p>\n

2. New York Jets- Arvell Reese<\/a>, LB, Ohio State<\/h3>\n

The Jets need all the help they can get on defense, and they could go with several defenders here. New York gets a versatile playmaker in Arvell Reese, who can line up both on the edge and off the ball. Reese provides the most value for a defense that has holes across the board.<\/p>\n

3. Arizona Cardinals<\/a>– David Bailey, DE, Texas Tech<\/h3>\n

It’s a tough call for Arizona between edge rusher and offensive tackle with the third pick. The Cardinals opt to bolster their pass rush with the best pure edge rusher, David Bailey. Bailey has proven production, having 14.5 sacks<\/a> in 2025. He possesses elite speed and bend, which allows him to close on quarterbacks quickly.<\/p>\n

4. Tennessee Titans- Jeremiyah Love<\/a>, RB, Notre Dame<\/h3>\n

While Tennessee could address the defense, it instead grabs the lone premier running back in this class. Jeremiyah Love is an all-around great runner, boasting elite vision, power, and acceleration. Adding Love gives the Titans a dynamic duo offensively alongside Cam Ward<\/a>.<\/p>\n

5. New York Giants<\/a>– Sonny Styles, LB, Ohio State<\/h3>\n

While the Giants’ defensive line is loaded, they desperately need help on the second level. Sonny Styles has skyrocketed throughout the draft process, having a rare combination of size and athleticism. He is an elite run defender who can also provide value in coverage. Styles gives New York an elite talent in the middle of the defense.<\/p>\n

6. Cleveland Browns- Carnell Tate<\/a>, WR, Ohio State<\/h3>\n

Cleveland struggled immensely in 2025 despite having a great defense. The Browns need a true WR1, and get one by selecting in-state prospect Carnell Tate. Tate has reliable hands and impressive play strength to win contested-catch situations. He also displays a high football IQ, finding the soft spots in zone coverage.<\/p>\n

7. Washington Commanders<\/a>– Rueben Bain Jr., DE, Miami<\/h3>\n

The Commanders need to bolster their run defense while bringing in a premier edge rusher. Rueben Bain Jr. has exceptional burst, using speed and power as a pass rusher. He also excels as a run defender and can play at various spots along the defensive line. Bain will help Washington get back on track after an underwhelming 2025 season.<\/p>\n

8. New Orleans Saints- Jordyn Tyson<\/a>, WR, Arizona State<\/h3>\n

While Chris Olave<\/a> had an incredible 2025 campaign, the Saints still need another wide receiver. Jordyn Tyson is the best talent at the receiver position in this class, but injury concerns<\/a> cause him to slip a bit. Tyson is a crisp route runner who is remarkable after the catch. His ability to play both outside and in the slot allows the Saints to get creative with how they use him.<\/p>\n

9. Kansas City Chiefs<\/a>– Mansoor Delane, CB, LSU<\/h3>\n

The Chiefs need to address both edge rusher and cornerback with their two first-round picks. With Bailey and Bain off the board, Kansas City takes the best corner in this class. Delane is a fluid athlete who sticks well in man coverage. He plays with the physicality needed to be a boundary corner in the NFL and also has good ball skills.<\/p>\n

10. New York Giants (via Bengals)- Makai Lemon<\/a>, WR, USC<\/h3>\n

New York acquired the 10th-overall pick this weekend in exchange for Dexter Lawrence<\/a>. It already addressed the linebacker with Styles, so the next step is to add a wide receiver. Makai Lemon burst onto the scene in 2025, hauling in 79 catches for 1,156 yards and 11 touchdowns<\/a>. Lemon is a smooth route runner who also displays excellent burst after the catch.
