The 2026 NFL Draft is just a few weeks away, meaning dynasty managers are eagerly awaiting to see where prospects will be drafted. Landing spots are very important when it comes to fantasy potential, but let\u2019s take a look at a pre-NFL Draft dynasty rookie mock draft based on talent alone. This is a 1QB, no TE premium, PPR scoring mock draft.<\/span><\/p>\n

Rookie Dynasty Mock Draft<\/b><\/h2>\n

1 Jeremiyah Love (RB – Notre Dame)<\/b><\/h3>\n

This is a no-doubt pick here at number one overall. Love is a <\/span>superstar running back with back-to-back 1000-yard seasons at Notre Dame<\/span><\/a>. He averaged 6.9 yards per carry in each of the last two seasons and had a combined 35 rushing touchdowns in 28 games. He added 55 receptions in those two years as well, providing some value in the passing game. Love is a top-ten pick in the NFL Draft and the easy number one overall pick in a dynasty rookie mock draft.<\/span><\/p>\n

2 Carnell Tate (WR – Ohio State)<\/b><\/h3>\n

Tate is another Ohio State Wide Receiver looking to make an immediate impact on an NFL team. Tate was the WR2 for the Buckeyes, playing behind Jeremiah Smith, so Tate\u2019s stats are not as elite as one would think. He still put up over 1500 receiving yards combined over the last two seasons with 13 touchdowns. Most importantly, he had zero drops in 2025. <\/span>Depending on his landing spot<\/span><\/a>, Tate can become the immediate WR1 for a team and should be the first wide receiver taken in dynasty rookie drafts.<\/span><\/p>\n

3 Jordyn Tyson (WR – Arizona State)<\/b><\/h3>\n

The battle for the number 3rd overall pick is close between Tyson and Makai Lemon. Tyson has been <\/span>dealing with injuries during the Draft process<\/span><\/a>, but he is more talented than Lemon. Tyson had 1101 yards in 2024 and 711 in 2025 in three fewer games. He was also injured for the entirety of the 2023 season, so injuries are definitely something to keep an eye out for Tyson. That being said, Tyson has a high ceiling if he can stay on the field, giving him the third overall pick in the dynasty rookie mock draft.<\/span><\/p>\n

4 Makai Lemon (WR – USC)<\/b><\/h3>\n

Lemon comes in as the 4th overall pick, slightly behind Tyson. He had a breakout season in 2025, topping 1000 yards for the first time in his collegiate career and catching 11 touchdowns. Lemon did most of his work out of the slot, and he is<\/span> not as physical as the other top receivers<\/span><\/a> in this Draft.<\/span><\/p>\n

5 Kenyon Sadiq (TE – Oregon)<\/b><\/h3>\n

Sadiq was just a one-year starter in college, catching 51 passes for 560 yards and eight touchdowns for the Ducks in 2025. He did struggle with drops, having six of them last season. However, Sadiq is a\u00a0<\/span>physical athlete and the clear best tight end in this year\u2019s class<\/span><\/a>. Rookie tight ends have been great over the last few years: Sam LaPorta, Brock Bowers, and Tyler Warren all finished as top-five fantasy tight ends in their rookie seasons. Sadiq rounds out the top five of the dynasty rookie mock draft.<\/span><\/p>\n

6 KC Concepcion (WR – Texas A&M)<\/b><\/h3>\n

The next three picks are between three wide receivers who could all be drafted at the end of the 1st round in the NFL Draft, or fall to the early 2nd round. Concepcion comes in at number six and the fourth wide receiver off the board. He spent three seasons as a starting wide receiver in college, two at<\/span> NC State and one at Texas A&M<\/span><\/a>. He finished his college career with 185 receptions for 2218 receiving yards and 25 touchdown receptions. However, he did have 19 drops. Concepcion is also a kick returner, potentially giving fantasy managers some extra points if he can find the end zone. If Concepcion can find the right landing spot (think the 49ers), he can provide immediate fantasy value.<\/span><\/p>\n

7 Omar Cooper Jr. (WR – Indiana)<\/b><\/h3>\n

Cooper made a name for himself with the highlight catch of the year against Penn State and then helped lead Indiana to an undefeated 16-0 National Championship season. He finished with 937 yards and 13 touchdowns in his 16 games for the Hoosiers. <\/span>Cooper is great after the catch<\/span><\/a> and has been flying up draft boards recently.<\/span><\/p>\n

8 Denzel Boston (WR – Washington)<\/b><\/h3>\n

Boston was a two-year starter for Washington, putting up very similar stat lines. In 2024, he had 63 receptions for 834 yards and 9 touchdowns, and in 2025, he had 62 receptions for 881 yards and 11 touchdowns.<\/span> Boston is a physical receiver with strong hands who struggles to separate and is not quick<\/span><\/a>. Boston is a deep-ball threat who will give teams big-play potential. Because of his limited route tree, he is mocked behind Concepcion and Cooper, slotting in at number eight in the dynasty rookie draft.<\/span><\/p>\n

9 Jadarian Price (RB – Notre Dame)<\/b><\/h3>\n

The second running back off the board is also the second running back for Notre Dame. Price was the backup to Love, but he was still very productive. In three seasons, he totaled over 2600 rushing yards and 21 rushing touchdowns. However, he only had 15 total receptions across those three seasons, significantly hurting his PPR draft stock. Price <\/span>never handled the workhorse role in college<\/span><\/a>, but that can come as a good thing as he is entering the Draft with just 280 career carries, which is a couple 100 less than some of the other top running back prospects. Without the pass-catching upside, Price is going to have to be the early-down and goal-line back to see fantasy success.<\/span><\/p>\n

10 Mike Washington Jr. (RB – Arkansas)<\/b><\/h3>\n

Washington played three seasons at Buffalo and one season at New Mexico State before having a breakout season at Arkansas to end his college career. He had 167 carries for 1070 rushing yards and eight rushing touchdowns. He added 28 receptions for 226 yards. Washington had the<\/span> fastest 40-time at this year\u2019s combine<\/span><\/a>, clocking in at 4.33 seconds.<\/span> Washington is a power back who struggles with ball security and isn\u2019t a great route runner out of the backfield<\/span><\/a>. He has been flying up the Draft board and has completed the top ten of the rookie mock draft.<\/span><\/p>\n

11 Jonah Coleman (RB – Washington)<\/b><\/h3>\n

Coleman had two solid seasons as a starter for Washington after spending two years as the backup in Arizona. He finished his college career with 552 carries for 3054 rushing yards and 34 rushing touchdowns. Last season, he added 31 receptions for 354 yards.<\/span> Coleman is a physical runner who can produce in the passing game as well<\/span><\/a>. He is the fourth running back off the board and comes in as the 11th overall pick.<\/span><\/p>\n

12 Fernando Mendoza (QB – Indiana)<\/b><\/h3>\n

After starting two years at Cal, Mendoza transferred to Indiana and had a magical season, winning the Heisman Trophy Award and leading the Hoosiers to a 16-0 season. Mendoza completed over 72% of his passes for 3535 yards and 41 passing touchdowns with just six interceptions. The Raiders have the number one overall pick in the draft, and they will almost certainly take Mendoza. He will not produce much with his legs, limiting his fantasy upside. The Raiders did sign Kirk Cousins to compete with Mendoza in training camp. Although Mendoza is the future of the Raiders, they are not in a rush to make him the Day 1 starter, as Cousins could start the first few games. Mendoza is the only quarterback in this class who is a sure-starter at some point in their rookie season. However, I don\u2019t know if he will ever be better than a top 15-20 quarterback in fantasy football, pushing him to the end of the first round of the 2026 dynasty rookie mock draft.<\/span><\/p>\n
