According to reports, Fant and the New Orleans Saints have <a  href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/RapSheet\/status\/2031123519765946711\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">come to terms on a two-year contract<\/a>. Before his year with the Bengals, Fant played for the Denver Broncos and Seattle Seahawks.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"max-width: px\"><smartframe-embed class=\"smartframe_wp_element\" customer-id=\"b0c95bc04383cef69c6b47df872135cf\" image-id=\"WmOB042eDA3A\" style=\"width: 100%; display: inline-flex; max-width: 4640px; aspect-ratio: 4640\/3091;\" ><\/smartframe-embed><\/p>\n<h2>Noah Fant, Saints, Agree to Contract<\/h2>\n<p>Most recently, Fant was a member of the Bengals as a late signing. At the end of July last year, Fant visited the Bengals and signed a one-year deal to be a new weapon for Joe Burrow. His role started off minimal at first, but he earned more time as the games went on. He logged seven starts in 15 appearances for the Bengals. In total, he hauled in 34 passes (41 targets) for 288 yards and three touchdowns. While his numbers were down, he posted a career-best 63.4% success rate.<\/p>\n<p>Fant started his NFL career as the first-round selection of the <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/nfl\/category\/nfl-teams\/broncos\/\" target=\"_self\">Denver Broncos<\/a> in the 2019 NFL Draft. As a rookie, Fant had a solid season, amassing 562 yards and three touchdowns on 40 receptions. In his second season, Fant took a step forward. His 2020 numbers jumped to 673 yards and three scores on 62 receptions. To this point, that is his high-water mark for yardage.<\/p>\n<p>2021 was his final season in Denver. In 16 starts, Fant hauled in a career-high 68 passes (90 targets) for 670 yards and four touchdowns. Following the season, he was traded to the <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/nfl\/category\/nfl-teams\/seahawks\/\" target=\"_self\">Seattle Seahawks<\/a> in the infamous Russell Wilson trade.<\/p>\n<p>His first season with Seattle was decent. He amassed 486 yards and four touchdowns on 50 catches. The following season was a decent step back in production. His 2023 season saw him total 414 yards and no touchdowns on 32 catches. The 2024 season was his final with Seattle, and he totalled 500 yards and one touchdown on 48 receptions.<\/p>\n<p>In terms of tight ends taken in the 2019 NFL Draft, Fant is second in receptions (334), yards (3,593, and tied for third in touchdowns (18).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Once the 20th pick of the 2019 NFL Draft, Noah Fant has bounced around the NFL.
