Teams are not allowed to interview coaches playing in the Wild Card round, and the Chargers are currently preparing to face off against the New England Patriots on Sunday. However, with that disclaimer out of the way, it’s easy to see why Baltimore would be interested in the defensive coordinator.

Minter’s tenure with Los Angeles has been impressive, as he’s found a way to get great results out of defense despite playing in a competitive division and not always having elite talent. He’d be a natural fit for this organization, and the presence of Lamar Jackson means the Ravens won’t need to worry about his lack of experience with developing quarterbacks.

Main Photo: Kirby Lee – Imagn Images

The Baltimore Ravens could target Los Angeles Chargers defensive coordinator Jesse Minter to replace former head coach John Harbaugh.

[36,10,18,6431
7642,32322,931,7638
post-261996","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-nfl-news","category-ravens","category-chargers","category-nfl-teams","tag-chargers-featured","tag-jesse-minter","tag-john-harbaugh","tag-ravens-featured
["GET
