Here are the Week 18 quarterback rankings for fantasy football. He had 32.44 fantasy points, the highest total of his career. He is the overall QB2 on the season and led the <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/nfl\/category\/nfl-teams\/patriots\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_self\">Patriots to a division title<\/a>. The Patriots can still clinch the 1 seed in the AFC, so expect the starters to play against the <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/nfl\/category\/nfl-teams\/dolphins\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_self\">Dolphins<\/a>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Allen is dealing with a foot injury, and the Bills are locked into a Wild Card position. Allen has the<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.democratandchronicle.com\/story\/sports\/football\/nfl\/bills\/2025\/12\/31\/bills-vs-jets-injury-update-josh-allen-dalton-kincaid-jordan-poyer-breece-hall-mason-taylor\/87968715007\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">longest active consecutive start streak<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> by a quarterback at 139 games in a row. I expect him to take one snap and then come out of the game like he did last year. However, if he plays the full game, he gets an excellent matchup against the <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/nfl\/category\/nfl-teams\/jets\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_self\">Jets<\/a>, who were just torched by Maye. Pay attention to reports out of Buffalo for how much Allen will play.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lawrence put up almost 100 fantasy points during the fantasy football playoffs (Weeks 15-17) and is the QB4 on the season. The <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/nfl\/category\/nfl-teams\/jaguars\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_self\">Jaguars<\/a> need to beat the <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/nfl\/category\/nfl-teams\/titans\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_self\">Titans<\/a> to win the AFC South, so expect another massive performance from Lawrence.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Stafford lost his grip on the MVP race with a three-interception game in primetime on Monday Night Football in the loss. Stafford is still the QB3 on the season and gets an excellent matchup against the <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/nfl\/category\/nfl-teams\/cardinals\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_self\">Cardinals<\/a> to end the season. The <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/nfl\/category\/nfl-teams\/49ers\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_self\">49ers are in a winner-take-all game<\/a> against the <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/nfl\/category\/nfl-teams\/seahawks\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_self\">Seahawks<\/a> on Saturday Night for 1st place in the NFC West and for the 1 seed and the first-round bye that goes with it.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is win or go home for <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/nfl\/category\/nfl-teams\/ravens\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_self\">Jackson and the Ravens<\/a> in Week 18 on Sunday Night Football against the <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/nfl\/category\/nfl-teams\/steelers\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_self\">rival Steelers<\/a>. Jackson did not play last week, but he is in line to practice this week. He is expected to start again in Week 18 with the <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/nfl\/category\/nfl-teams\/packers\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_self\">Packers locked into the 7 seed in the NFC<\/a>, but Willis is dealing with a shoulder injury. Additionally, they face the <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/nfl\/category\/nfl-teams\/vikings\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_self\">Vikings<\/a>, who have given up the fewest fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks on the season and just forced five turnovers from Goff. Willis\u2019s rushing upside gives him a solid floor in Week 18.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/nfl\/category\/nfl-teams\/buccaneers\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_self\">Mayfield and the Buccaneers have been ice cold<\/a>, and are one loss (or one <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/nfl\/category\/nfl-teams\/falcons\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_self\">Falcons win<\/a>) away from missing the playoffs after a great start to the season. The <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/nfl\/category\/nfl-teams\/panthers\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_self\">Panthers<\/a> have been great against quarterbacks, and Mayfield only scored 12 points the last time these teams faced off two weeks ago. If not, this could be it for him.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ward has quietly had a solid second half of the season. In his first nine games before the bye week, he only had one week where he was a top 20 fantasy quarterback. In the seven games since, he has five weeks as a top 20 quarterback.
