The fifth-year cornerback out of South Carolina<\/a> is second in the NFL with five interceptions<\/a><\/strong> and has helped lead a Carolina defense that ranks seventh in interceptions<\/strong><\/a>. With the Panthers still in the mix for a postseason push, it\u2019s easy to see why Horn earned the respect and votes of fans, coaches, and players<\/strong> across the league.<\/p>\n

Production That Earned League-Wide Respect<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Horn\u2019s play on the field has backed up that recognition. Despite missing one game, he has consistently graded as a top-10 cornerback<\/a><\/strong> this season according to Pro Football Focus. His performance against the San Francisco 49ers<\/a><\/strong> was a defining moment, as he recorded two interceptions<\/a> of Brock Purdy<\/strong> on Monday Night Football<\/a>. The national stage only amplified what Panthers fans already knew. Horn\u2019s ball skills and instincts are elite, and that performance helped raise awareness among casual fans of just how dominant his play has been this year.<\/p>\n

For a young player, understanding that your voice matters is a major step. Horn\u2019s game sets the example, but his voice reinforces the standard required to reach it.<\/p>\n
