In a wacky Week 16, we have entered into the holiday season where we get games almost all weekend now, with games on Thursday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. We saw a total of 13 quarterbacks who played significant snaps for teams that did not have them as the primary starter at the beginning of the season. We saw a converted two-point play that popped off someone\u2019s head, a player throwing a punch at a fan, and an awesome would-be a game-winning touchdown called back by a penalty. Week 16 Takeaways from Every NFC Team that Played on Sunday<\/h2>\n

NFC West<\/h3>\n

Seattle Seahawks<\/strong><\/a> – The wildest game of the week happened on Thursday night as the Seahawks pulled out a victory from the depths of hell. Seattle converted a two-point conversion in overtime to steal a win and lay claim to the top spot in the NFC West.<\/p>\n

Los Angeles Rams<\/strong><\/a> – With no Davante Adams, Puka Nacua went off with 225 receiving yards and two touchdowns, but it was not enough after blowing a 23-14 lead in the fourth quarter to lose in overtime.<\/p>\n

Arizona Cardinals<\/strong><\/a> – The Cardinals had an opportunity to tie the Falcons late, but were unable to convert as they lost 26-19.<\/p>\n

Chicago Bears<\/strong><\/a> – The Bears finally got over the Green Bay hump and walked it off with a Caleb Williams dime to D.J. Moore in overtime to capture the NFC North lead.<\/p>\n

Green Bay Packers<\/strong><\/a> – Jordan Love left with a concussion, and Malik Willis almost got the job done. However, the Bears pulled off a 22-16 overtime victory, and the Packers fell behind in the division and in the playoff race.<\/p>\n

Detroit Lions<\/strong><\/a> – The Lions had a chance to win the game in the last minute, but a pair of offensive pass interference calls deflated the Lions\u2019 comeback bid. Detroit sits at 8-7 as their playoff path narrows.<\/p>\n

Minnesota Vikings<\/strong><\/a> – J.J. McCarthy left with a hand injury, and Max Brosmer led Minnesota to a 16-13 victory over the Giants. The Vikings are now 7-8 with a couple of games left in the season.<\/p>\n

Philadelphia Eagles<\/strong><\/a> – The Eagles captured back-to-back division titles after their win against the Commanders on Saturday night. Saquon Barkley went off for 132 rushing yards and a touchdown.<\/p>\n

New York Giants<\/strong><\/a> – The Giants mustered just 141 offensive yards against a tough Vikings defense as they lost 16-13 to go to 2-12.<\/p>\n

Washington Commanders<\/strong><\/a> – Washington had the halftime lead, but the Eagles turned it on in the second half to drop the Commanders to 4-11 on the season.<\/p>\n

Dallas Cowboys<\/strong><\/a> – The Cowboys were stifled by the Chargers\u2019 defense and dropped another game, this time by a score of 34-17.<\/p>\n

Carolina Panthers<\/strong><\/a> – The Panthers scored a huge win against the Buccaneers to take control of the NFC South with just two weeks to go. Bryce Young played clean football and tossed two touchdowns to help earn the win.<\/p>\n

Tampa Bay Buccaneers<\/strong><\/a> – The Bucs dropped what is close to a must-win game against the Panthers. Baker Mayfield was held to just 145 passing yards with Mike Evans, Chris Godwin, and Emeka Egbuka on the field.<\/p>\n

Atlanta Falcons<\/strong><\/a> – Kirk Cousins threw two touchdowns, and the quarterback sneaked his way into another touchdown as the Falcons took down the Cardinals to go to 6-9 on the season.<\/p>\n

New Orleans Saints<\/strong><\/a> – Chris Olave caught a touchdown from both Tyler Shough and Taysom Hill as the Saints blew out the Jets to capture their fifth win of the season. Is that one of Taysom Hill’s last big moments as a Saint<\/a>?<\/p>\n
