Biggest Takeaways from Week 15 in the AFC<\/h2>\n

Buffalo Bills<\/strong><\/a> – The Bills came back from a 24-7 deficit at halftime to beat the Patriots 35-31 in a knockdown, drag-out fight in the second half. Josh Allen threw for three touchdowns, and James Cook scored three total touchdowns to move the Bills to just one game back of New England in the division.<\/p>\n

New England Patriots<\/a> <\/strong>– TreVeyon Henderson rushed for 148 yards and two touchdowns, but the Patriots fumbled a big halftime lead and gave the Bills hope for another division crown.<\/p>\n

New York Jets<\/a><\/strong> – Brady Cook made his first NFL start against a hot Jaguars team, and it went as expected. Cook threw 176 yards, one touchdown, and three picks as they lost 48-20.<\/b><\/p>\n

Jacksonville Jaguars<\/a><\/strong> – Have a day, Trevor Lawrence! Lawrence threw for 330 yards, five touchdowns, 51 rushing yards, and one rushing touchdown in a 48-20 blowout win against the Jets, and the Jags kept control of the AFC South with a 10-4 record.<\/p>\n

Houston Texans<\/strong><\/a> – The Texans blew out the Cardinals to stay one game back of the division lead. C.J. Stroud found his stride as he threw for over 250 yards and three touchdowns.<\/p>\n

Indianapolis Colts<\/strong><\/a> – The Colts pulled a 44-year-old Philip Rivers off the couch to start in Seattle and nearly pulled off a win. A late field goal sunk Indy, however, by a score of 18-16.<\/p>\n

Tennessee Titans<\/strong><\/a> – The Titans put up a fight against the Niners, but still lost 37-24. Tennessee will be looking for a king\u2019s ransom for their pick in the NFL Draft this coming spring.<\/p>\n

Baltimore Ravens<\/strong><\/a> – The Ravens all but ended the Bengals’ playoff hopes by blanking them 24-0. The defense picked off Joe Burrow twice and sacked him three times in the dominant win, and Baltimore kept pace in the division at 7-7.<\/p>\n

Cincinnati Bengals<\/strong><\/a> – With no Tee Higgins, the Bengals could not even muster a field goal against the Ravens. Another lost season with Joe Burrow missing several games in the season.<\/p>\n

Cleveland Browns<\/strong><\/a> – Shedeur Sanders threw three interceptions and was sacked five times in a blowout loss to Chicago, 31-3.<\/p>\n

AFC West<\/h3>\n

Denver Broncos<\/strong><\/a> – The Broncos rattled off their 11th straight win and clinched a playoff berth against the Packers. Bo Nix throws for over 300 yards and four touchdowns against a tough Green Bay defense.<\/p>\n

Kansas City Chiefs<\/a><\/strong> – In a must-win game, the Chiefs lost 16-13 to the Chargers, as well as Patrick Mahomes to a knee injury. The Chiefs will now miss the playoffs for the first time since 2014. Here’s what one writer thinks the Chiefs could do to bounce back<\/a> next season.<\/p>\n

Los Angeles Chargers<\/strong><\/a> – The Chargers picked up a massive win against the Chiefs in a low-scoring game. The Chargers now sit at 10-4 right on the tail of the Broncos.<\/p>\n

Las Vegas Raiders<\/strong><\/a> – With no Geno Smith, Kenny Pickett led the Raiders to just 75 total yards and zero points against the Eagles in a 31-0 loss.<\/p>\n
