Last Word on Pro Football is ranking each team\u2019s easiest and hardest games of the 2017 schedule. Games will be ranked in order of difficulty, with one being the most difficult. This series will be split up into the eight most difficult games (1-8) and the eight easiest games (9-16). In this article, the Baltimore Ravens<\/a> easiest games will be discussed.<\/p>\n

Baltimore Ravens Easiest Games in 2017<\/strong><\/h1>\n

    Week 9: at Tennessee Titans<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The Titans have been steadily improving over the last couple years, and Marcus Mariota<\/a><\/strong> has shown that he was worth the second overall pick in the NFL Draft. Both teams were right on the cusp of making the playoffs last season, so expect a tight matchup in week nine.<\/p>\n

      Week 7: at Minnesota Vikings<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      The Vikings lost Adrian Peterson<\/a><\/strong> in the off-season, but acquired former Oakland Raiders running back Latavius Murray<\/a><\/strong>. The Vikings lost quarterback Teddy Bridgewater<\/a><\/strong> before the 2016 season began, so they\u2019ll be looking to improve on their record from last year.<\/p>\n

        Week 13: vs Detroit Lions<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        The Lions are still trying to recover from the sudden retirement of Calvin Johnson<\/a><\/strong>. The Lions struggle with consistency, so it\u2019s hard to tell which team will show up. Sometimes Matthew Stafford<\/a><\/strong> looks like an elite quarterback, and other times, he looks like he should be battling just to start in the NFL. It\u2019ll be interesting to see how the Lions have developed and if they\u2019re able to have a successful running game, something they haven\u2019t been able to do in a long time.<\/p>\n

          Week 12: vs Houston Texans<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          The Texans will be playing 2017 with either Tom Savage<\/a><\/strong> or rookie Deshaun Watson<\/strong><\/a> as their quarterback. While Savage showed some promise last season and appeared to be a better quarterback than the struggling Brock Osweiler<\/a><\/strong>, he still hasn\u2019t proven himself as a franchise quarterback. Watson will likely be starting by this point in the season though if Savage struggles. Look for the Ravens to blitz a ton in this game to rattle the opposing young quarterback, whoever it may be.<\/p>\n

            Week 3: at Jacksonville Jaguars (in London)<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            The Ravens have a bit of an advantage in 2017 since they only have seven true road games. Their week three matchup against the Jaguars will be played in London. The Jaguars struggles with turnovers last year, but they have continued to put faith in Blake Bortles<\/a><\/strong>. With Tom Coughlin<\/strong> now a part of the front office and a new head coach, the Jaguars will be looking to turn things around in 2017.<\/p>\n

              Week 15: at Cleveland Browns<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              The Browns were the worst team in the league last year and it wasn\u2019t really even close. Even though this is a road game, it\u2019s still undoubtedly one of the easiest games of the year for the Ravens. Cody Kessler<\/a><\/strong> is expected to be the starting quarterback for the Browns, and they lost their best offensive weapon, Terrelle Pryor<\/a><\/strong>, to the Washington Redskins in the offseason.<\/p>\n

                Week 6: vs Chicago Bears<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                Much like their game against the Texans, this game will be another one against a young quarterback for the Ravens. Either former Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback, Mike Glennon<\/a><\/strong>, or rookie quarterback, Mitch Trubisky<\/strong><\/a>, will be starting. The famous Ravens defense should be able to dictate the outcome of this game.<\/p>\n

                  Week 2: vs Cleveland Browns<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  Unsurprisingly, the Ravens easiest game of 2017 will be at home against the Cleveland Browns. It\u2019s hard to describe how bad the Browns are without sounding mean or biased, but they really are awful. After opening the season against divisional rivals, the Cincinnati Bengals, expect the Ravens to pound on the inferior Browns in week two.<\/p>\n
