A fourth-round pick in the 2022 NFL Draft, the Coastal Carolina product has combined with Andrews to form one of the league’s best tight end duos over the past four seasons. However, he’s a free agent at the end of the season, and it’s hard to envision Baltimore spending big on two tight ends.

Ravens Could Lose Isaiah Likely After Mark Andrews Extension

Isaiah Worthy is in the midst of what is the worst statistical season of his career, recording just 18 receptions for 223 yards and no touchdowns on the season. However, he’s playing behind a great tight end in Andrews and would start on most NFL teams. He’s flashed impressive abilities as a pass-catcher when Andrews missed time in the past, and the following four teams could make a move for him in free agency.

Main Photo: Tommy Gilligan – Imagn Images

4. Washington Commanders

After making it to the NFC Championship Game last year, the Washington Commanders entered the 2025 season with Super Bowl aspirations. Unfortunately, just about everything that could go wrong for this team has gone wrong, as quarterback Jayden Daniels has battled a series of injuries while the rest of this roster is showing its age.

Washington needs younger playmakers, and that’s exactly what Isaiah Likely can be. Zach Ertz is well past his prime, and he’s the only tight end on this roster with more than 100 receiving yards. With Deebo Samuel and Terry McLaurin both on the older side, the 25-year-old Likely could develop alongside Daniels and provide the quarterback with a reliable set of hands for years to come.

Main Photo: Amber Searls-Imagn Images

3. Tennessee Titans

Statistically speaking, first-overall pick Cam Ward is one of the worst quarterbacks in football. However, it’s impossible to accurately evaluate the Miami product in this disastrous environment. The Titans have the league’s worst combination of weapons, blocking, and coaching, and no young quarterback could succeed in this environment. The Titans must provide Ward with some type of support, and that could start with signing Isaiah Likely.

Likely will not single-handedly determine if Ward becomes a franchise quarterback, but young tight ends can be the best thing for a young passer. This team is not a tight end away from competing, but he could be a key part of the inevitable rebuild.

Tennessee Titans quarterback Cam Ward (1) passes during the fourth quarter against the Seattle Seahawks at Nissan Stadium in Nashville, Tenn., Sunday, Nov. 23, 2025.

2. Kansas City Chiefs

Travis Kelce is not the unstoppable force he was earlier in his career, but the future Hall of Famer is still one of the better receiving tight ends in the league. As of this posting, he ranks second among tight ends in receiving yards (719), third in receptions (59), and fifth in touchdowns (five). Based on his film, he could probably remain a productive tight end for the next few years.

However, there’s a decent chance that Kelce calls it a career after 2025. The 10-time Pro Bowler openly flirted with retirement last year, is engaged to pop icon Taylor Swift, and frankly doesn’t need to keep taking this type of physical punishment in his late 30s. Isaiah Likely will never replicate Kelce’s production, but he’d probably be the best replacement for the Kelce role that the Chiefs could find.

Main Photo: Jay Biggerstaff-Imagn Images

1. New England Patriots

The New England Patriots have the game’s biggest competitive advantage in Drake Maye. When factoring in age and contract status, he’s the biggest value in football and his presence gives New England a great opportunity to hoist the Lombardi for the seventh time. The team is currently atop the AFC with an 11-2 record, and they have a league-best $51.8 million in cap space next year. They should go on a spending spree, and Isaiah Likely is one of the best targets out there.

Hunter Henry is a reliable weapon, but he’s not the most athletic player, and he certainly isn’t getting any younger. While the team must set some money aside for when homegrown talents like Christian Gonzalez and Kayshon Boutte hit the open market, the Patriots have more than enough money to bring in a young tight end who could form a lethal connection with the current MVP frontrunner.

The Baltimore Ravens will almost certainly let tight end Isaiah Likely walk in free agency after extending Mark Andrews.

[6431,10,16,5,11,8896
7811,9115,3770,7638
post-257387","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-nfl-teams","category-ravens","category-chiefs","category-patriots","category-titans","category-washington-commanders","tag-chiefs-featured","tag-isaiah-likely","tag-mark-andrews","tag-ravens-featured
["GET
