In 2024, he revealed diagnoses of cirrhosis and early-stage Parkinson\u2019s disease. Even as his health deteriorated, he continued helping others \u2014 visiting recovery centers, supporting families facing illness, donating quietly to fundraisers, and offering encouragement to strangers.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"5303\" data-end=\"5352\">\u201cU Matter\u201d was not a slogan.<br data-start=\"5331\" data-end=\"5334\" \/>It was who he was.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"5359\" data-end=\"5393\"><strong data-start=\"5362\" data-end=\"5393\">A Miracle \u2014 Born of Tragedy<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"5395\" data-end=\"5439\">On November 17, 2025, the call finally came.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"5441\" data-end=\"5470\">A viable liver was available.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"5472\" data-end=\"5710\">The donor was <strong data-start=\"5486\" data-end=\"5525\">21-year-old Browns fan Bryce Dunlap<\/strong>, who suffered a catastrophic anoxic brain injury. As Bryce\u2019s condition worsened, his family faced the unthinkable.
