They already struggle to run the ball, and they took a hit in the passing game by trading WR Rashid Shaheed. WR Chris Olave has been consistent this season, but I don’t think QB Tyler Shough is the answer, as I think he is a downgrade to QB Spencer Ratter, who was able to get Olave the football. TE Juwan Johnson could get an uptick in targets as the way to move the football against a solid Panthers defense is through the tight end. I think the best play may be the Panther defense.

The Panthers’ passing game has been relatively pedestrian, but I think WR Tetairoa McMillan could return to having a 15-plus point game. He has been involved in bad matchups over the past two weeks, but should be much more involved here. Even though I like Tet, the real star should be RB Rico Dowdle, who has taken complete control at running back over RB Chuba Hubbard. I think we can expect 20-plus touches and a touchdown in this one.

For more help with your fantasy football rosters, make sure to check out the best streaming options in Week 10.

Baltimore Ravens at Minnesota Vikings 1:00 p.m. EST

This is going to be a challenging game to predict. The Ravens offense could score 30 points or 17. They are playing a healthy Viking defense that is much better than what we saw vs. the Chargers, but it is still susceptible to giving up big plays. I think RB Derrick Henry could be a solid play, but I am not confident. The Vikings shut down Detroit’s running game, forcing them to pass. I think the better play would be QB Lamar Jackson. I think he will have to score if the Ravens are to win. He can extend plays with his legs to create big downfield passing plays. I think WR Zay Flowers could have a big game, and I wouldn’t be surprised if TE Mark Andrews is solid as well. I would not be mad if you played two or all three, and yet Jackson can be played alone. I think the sleeper is TE Isaiah Likely, and I will play him weekly as he is a downfield threat and will be used in the red zone. His price is too cheap, and he could break the slate with a few receptions and a touchdown.

Much like the Ravens, it’s difficult to predict what the Vikings will do on offense. They were much better than expected last week, but they still gave up too much pressure on the quarterback. The Ravens defense is getting healthier and looked much better, but that was against a team that doesn’t have the weapons the Vikings have. QB JJ McCarthy looked much better, but can he improve? His price tag easily allows you to get WR Justin Jefferson and or WR Jordan Addison in a stack. I would not be shocked if a complete game stack takes down the milli maker, as this game could shootout. I have little interest in TE T.J. Hockenson and the running game. RB Aaron Jones could be out, which would bump up RB Jordan Mason just a little.

New York Giants at Chicago Bears 1:00 p.m. EST

I think we can play QB Jaxson Dart by himself and move on. He can do it with his legs and should have a good chance to run one in. He has a solid base of 20 fantasy points, with 24 more likely. What about WR Wan’Dale Robinson? You can pair him up with Dart, but he has to score a touchdown to break 20 points, and it’s going to take that to win a tournament. I don’t think TE Theo Johnson will do enough, and the running backs are splitting carries, which means I’m out on both backs, Tyrone Tracy and Devin Singletary.

The Bears offense took off against the Bengals, but let’s calm down. Everybody does well against the Bengals, including the Jets. Regardless, QB Caleb Williams is still priced right against a leaky Giants secondary, and he should have close to 20 points. I think I like WR Rome Odunze to have a bounce-back game after not having a catch last week. How shocking that was for a team that scored 47 points. I have a feeling they will feed him the ball. Let’s see if WR Luther Burden is back this week. If so, then I think we can pass on WR Olamide Zaccheaus. Otherwise, if Burden is out, we can play him and hope he scores a touchdown. RB D’Andre Swift returned to practice, and he has a great matchup, but can we trust that he will get a full workload? I can’t see the Bears shying away from RB Kyle Monangai. I think he did enough to earn more carries, especially if they don’t want Swift to go through increased wear and tear.

Cleveland Browns at New York Jets 1:00 p.m. EST

The Browns are coming off their bye week, and RB Quinshon Judkins is back at practice. He is going to be a big play for me now that the Jets traded DT Quinnen Williams to the Dallas Cowboys. I expect 20 plus touches and a trip into the end zone. As usual, the wide receivers are not in play, but the tight ends are. Both tight ends, David Njoku and Harold Fannin, broke double digits last week. They have a great matchup vs. the Jets, and I’m going to favor Njoku because he is a bit cheaper. This would have been much easier had Njoku been traded. If Judkins can break a long TD off early, then the Jets may give up after trading their two best defensive players.

We don’t know who will be starting at QB for the Jets, but we do know that WR Garrett Wilson is back, and RB Breece Hall was not traded. No matter who the QB is, one would think Wilson will be peppered with targets, as the opposing team’s top receivers have done very well against the Browns. QB Tyrod Taylor would boost my confidence to play Wilson in more lineups than with QB Justin Fields. This is not a good matchup for Hall as the Browns don’t allow many rushing yards. They do allow catches to backs, but RB Isaiah Davis was out there for 40% of the snaps last time out, which would really hurt Hall’s production. TE Mason Taylor could be a play only if it is Taylor at QB because Taylor will pepper him with targets, and I don’t think Fields will.

Buffalo Bills at Miami Dolphins 1:00 p.m. EST

The Bills are coming off a huge win vs. the Kansas City Chiefs. Will they come out flat? I don’t think they will, since this is a divisional game, and Miami played them tough in their first meeting. The Bills can attack the Dolphins in many ways, but I think it starts with RB James Cook. The Dolphins give up a ton of points to running backs, and I think Cook is in line for 100 yards and a touchdown. I can envision a scenario where QB Josh Allen runs for a touchdown or two, but I don’t think he needs to have a huge game in the passing game, so he might not deliver the performance you’re looking for. I think he’ll be steady, he’ll put up his 20 points, but I don’t think he’ll get that 30-plus ceiling game. TE Dalton Kincaid is proving that he is a force when healthy, and this should be a good match-up against the Dolphins, who just got scorched by the Ravens tight ends. WR Keon Coleman is currently unplayable, but Khalil Shakir does project to have a solid game and could possibly make the winning lineups with a touchdown.

I think the Dolphins are in for a difficult time vs. the Bills. If they want to stay in the game, they will need big games from both running backs De’Von Achane and Ollie Gordon. The Bills front is soft, and they will need Gordon to pound the rock inside the tackles, and Achane will need to come up with eight-plus catches. That’s it, those are the only two players. I will not play the passing game because I think Buffalo can take away WR Jaylen Waddle fairly easily, as they don’t have WR Tyreek Hill, unlike when they usually play the Bills. If the Dolphins can’t run, then this is a blowout win for the Bills, making their defense a solid DFS start.

Jacksonville Jaguars at Houston Texans 1:00 p.m. EST

Photo Credit: Sam Navarro-USA TODAY Sports

I think the Jaguars are complete pass in this game. Plus, there’s a chance they have a big goose egg.

The Texans will start David Mills at quarterback as CJ Stroud will miss the game due to a concussion. It is an excellent matchup at a cheap price. Mills does have experience and has had 20-point games in the past. He does have solid weapons in WR Nico Collins and TE Dalton Schultz. I think both can have solid games despite being difficult to trust with Mills at QB, but the Jaguars are depleted in their secondary. I expect them all to be low-owned, and they would be worth stacking for the multi-entry player. It feels like we could be chasing points with DeMario Douglas, but I think he is also a solid, cheap option if Boutte is out. It would not surprise me to see a Patriot receiver in the winning lineups. As mentioned, it is challenging to run against the Patriots, meaning I am avoiding all running backs. Besides, they have a mess there with them splitting the volume. TE Hunter Henry hasn’t scored more than 7.7 points in over a month.

I know many are awaiting the return of Tampa running back Bucky Irving, but he has not been back to practice. Additionally, New England is a tough team to run against, which means the backs don’t project well. Even if Irving returns, will he receive a full workload? They could ease him back and split the carries with RB Rachaad White and still allow RB Sean Tucker to have some involvement. It is highly unlikely that a Tampa back will win a tournament. So, then we move on to QB Baker Mayfield and the passing game. New England has excellent corners, but allowed a monster game to WR Drake London last week. Can WR Emeka Egbuka do the same? He hasn’t scored more than 10 points in his last three games, and I think he is going to have a difficult time because he doesn’t have much support around him. WR Chris Godwin is banged up and not effective when he is out there, and WR Tez Johnson is just a guy that we hope has cheap upside from week to week. Still, the ball has to go somewhere, and just like London, Egbuka is likely to be low-owned, so he is worth a shot for volume players. The Patriot defense does allow yardage to tight ends, making Cade Otton a player to be interested in.

Seattle Seahawks at Arizona Cardinals 4:05 p.m. EST

QB Sam Darnold keeps it going, and now the Seahawks have added another weapon in WR Rashid Shaheed. Some are worried that his addition will take away from WR Jaxon Smith-Njigba, but I think it ensures the middle of the field will remain open for him. JSN needs to be considered on a weekly basis, and the team’s new addition may impact his ownership. My concern is that the Cardinals defense is relatively solid, and maybe they can slow them down just a tad. Other than Darnold and JSN, I will pass on the offense. Shaheed is priced too high, and it feels like his addition will take more away from WR Tory Horton. The tight ends do have a good matchup, but AJ Barner and Elijah Arroyo cancel each other out much like their running back situation of Kenneth Walker and Zach Charbonnet.

I have an interest in only one Cardinal, and that is TE Trey McBride. Look for QB Jacoby Brissett to target him over and over again, as I think the Seattle secondary can take away WR Marvin Harrison Jr. Perhaps you can take a shot at RB Emari Demercado in a milli-maker tournament. He is getting out of the doghouse because I think he’s the best back currently suiting up. Plus, it isn’t easy to run against Seattle, and I can see a scenario where he has five or more catches and a touchdown.

Los Angeles Rams at San Francisco 49ers 4:25 p.m. EST

Photo Credit: Bill Streicher-USA TODAY Sports

I think the Rams circled this game after losing in their first matchup. QB Matt Stafford has had several 25-plus point games, and he could easily do that again here with his weapons. WR Puka Nacua is back to practice after X-rays of his ribs were negative. He is a lock to score 20 points as long as he plays a complete game. They utilize him in numerous ways, and the volume is outstanding. WR Davante Adams is coming off back-to-back 20-plus point games, but his price tag is rising. While I love him as a player, he has a significant risk of busting at his price tag. He is going to be difficult for me to fit in with the better receivers on the slate. RB Kyren Williams scored over 30 points in his first meeting. I don’t think he will score 30, but I think he will score 20. He’s not my favorite back, but his consistency gets him in several of my lineups.

The 49ers got back on the winning track, and, shockingly, they have won as many games as they have. RB Christian McCaffrey is priced high, but I think we have to make lineups that can afford him. The Rams come with a ton of pressure, and the QB has to get the ball out quickly. We don’t know if that will be Brock Purdy or Mac Jones, but whoever it is will get CMC the football. We saw in the first matchup that the Rams could not cover him, and I don’t expect that to change. He is a lock for 20 points and could easily score 30 plus. I have some interest in WR Jauan Jennings, as he doesn’t have much competition, and his price remains relatively low. We are waiting for TE George Kittle to have a breakout game. I love his price, but he may be asked to block because of the pass rush. He will still make some lineups because he should automatically be priced higher.

Detroit Lions at Washington Commanders 4:25 p.m. EST

The Lions are coming off a big loss in which they barely eclipsed 300 yards in total offense. This should be a get-right game for them, and we can play everybody, including QB Jarred Goff. I love RB Jahmyr Gibbs and WR Amon-Ra St. Brown. Both could have monster games. TE Sam LaPorta is also worth playing along with WR Jameson Williams. I think the odd man out is RB David Montgomery, but I wouldn’t be shocked if he scores. I think we will need at least one player and possibly two to be in the winning lineups. Also, don’t be afraid of a blowout. The Lions have been known to run up the score, and they just might here, coming off a loss in which the offense struggled. They score 30-plus points.

The Commanders offense is banged up, and I don’t give them a chance. No QB Jayden Daniels, WR Terry McLaurin isn’t expected back, and even WR Luke McCaffrey was placed on IR. That leaves WR Deebo Samuel, who doesn’t look right, and aging TE Zach Ertz. Not very promising with QB Marcus Mariota. I think the Lions’ defense is the obvious play, and I wouldn’t be shocked if they were the top-scoring defense.

For more great fantasy football analysis, check out DrRoto.com!

Week 10 officially marks the second half of the NFL regular season.
