The notable wide receivers on bye this week are Puka Nacua, Amon-Ra St. Brown, Jaxon Smith-Njigba, Davante Adams, Marvin Harrison Jr., Brian Thomas Jr., Travis Hunter, Jameson Williams, Jakobi Meyers, and Tre Tucker.<\/span><\/p>\n

There is a familiar name at the top of the wide receiver rankings, with a ton of the top guys on bye in Week 8:<\/span><\/p>\n

  • Chase has been spectacular with Joe Flacco at quarterback, having back-to-back weeks as a top-five fantasy wide receiver. He scored over 38 fantasy points in Week 7 as he caught 16 of 23 targets for 161 yards and a touchdown. Chase would have had a tough matchup against Sauce Gardner, but he is questionable with a concussion<\/a>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • The Chiefs<\/a> made every effort to get Rice involved in the offense in his first game back. He had ten targets and scored two touchdowns. The Chiefs starters only played the first three quarters, with them being up big. Rice ranks as a top-five wide receiver in Week 8.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Olave has quietly had a great season so far. He has seen at least ten targets in five of seven games. He only had one touchdown in his first six games, but he scored two in Week 7, leading the way to his first top-ten weekly finish of the season. Olave is a solid WR2 for the rest of the season.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
